this is an awesome product. it works as advertised. makes great k cup coffee in the morning and is easy to use. The only and I mean only critique I have is the lid cover for the water reservoir. you simply can’t get a hold of it and it often falls in the water! the little thing they give you to lift the cover is way too small. Needs a handle. but otherwise you will not be disappointed.

This is so easy to use. I could not be any happier about a 1-2 cup of coffee in the AM. I had gotten to the point where I did not enjoy my other coffee pot (un-named) and I was delighted to throw it away. This Keurig is not extremely large and takes very little maintenance. This is a very good Keurig. I have had a 2.0 for quite a while. The screen quit working, we tried to fix it, but without the screen I couldn’t make coffee. So I decided to try this smaller simpler one as a replacement. So glad I did – the coffee is stronger (even than the “strong” setting on 2.0), there are not a lot of buttons or screens to worry about, and it takes up a lot less room. It is just me drinking coffee in this family so this one is perfect. The 2.0 was great, but I like this one better for my lifestyle and family size.

I use it every day for coffee. I really like it. Only one thing I am not that happy with… it does not hold a lot of water. I seem to be filling it up all the time. My last Keurig (by the way I love Keurig coffee pots) held a lot more water. I would definitely recommend it though.

We liked the ease of use and simplicity of this K cup coffee machine. It takes up little counter space. The water reservoir is very easy to load and to clean. The design is simple and it looks modern. Easy to learn to use and to show a house guest how to make coffee on their own. Everything functioned well for the first five K cups. The indicator lights have nice colors and functionality. Instructions are basic because this is a simple machine to use. The packaging buffered the coffee maker through whatever trip it took to get from seller to our house. I did not time the coffee brewing process, but it brews up a cup of coffee plenty fast enough for me. If you forget to turn it off, there is a two hour, timed off switch function. The brewer makes three odd sounds while doing its job, but they are not objectionable to this reviewer.

Let’s be honest. I have no idea if it is a good machine or not. I have used other ones in the past that have worked just fine. I purchased this one as my other one was on its way out. I love the size and ease of making a great cup of coffee. This keurig works great! I love that I can make a quick cup to go. I can pick any size I want anytime during the day. No more old coffee sitting in a pot staining it. No more filters to buy. Just a quick pop of a kcup into the top and full with water and I’m off. I will not miss having to run a cycle with vinegar then multiple cycles to get rid of that taste. This was probably my favorite gift!

Used Keurig for years, replaced it with the Keurig Compact.Easy to use, but…..I rinsed all rinsable parts before use, ran several cups of hot water thru the coffee maker but….coffee tasted terrible. Using the same brand of coffee from a half used bag Seattle’s Best the day before it tasted great as usual in the old Keurig.
it has to be in the material-plastic?- which is used in the production o f the new brewer.several tanks of vinegar, then water, then water with baking soda, clear water again, over the course of 4 days : success ! the peculiar nasty taste is gone. I should have returned it after the first taste. Buyer beware!

I really like this coffee maker.I bought to replace my 2.0 as water was leaking from the bottom of the machine. I use recycle pods and they brew up amazing. By the way, the filter for the keurig 2.0 does fit this machine. Don’t listen to people telling you otherwise. Before I bought this machine, I contacted Keurig and they told me it fits, and it really does. Why spend more money, if you already have the 2.0 filter??

I am so happy I bought this Kuerig! It’s very easy to use. It takes pods and the reusable ones. Even though I’m using pods right now. I had two different reusable ones. Only one of them fit. The other doesn’t. So if you plan on using the refillable ones don’t get discouraged if one kind doesn’t fit. That doesn’t mean none of them won’t. It does NOT come with a refillable pod. It’s great that you can choose the size cup your using or use a bigger cup and choose what strength you want it to be by choosing a smaller cup size. It’s perfect! It’s not as big as the regular Kuerig but it’s not as thin as other compact size coffee makers. But that’s not a deal breaker for me. I love it that much! Buy it. You won’t regret it. Not all Kuerig’s use reusable pods. This is the only one I could find that does. I like the idea of using my own ground coffee if I run out of pods. Or can’t afford to buy some.
