   Very happy with this coffee maker so far. Makes a good pot of hot coffee. I like the option for “bold” strength when brewing. Haven attempted the cleaning feature yet. Using disposable coffee filters just fine. Love the sleek look of the machine! Overall very happy with the purchase!

   Would not buy again, glas carafe broke on the buttom. Never had this happen before. Now I am trying to see if I could use a thermal carafe and that seems to be impossible to find out just on the order page 🙁

   I am single and never drink a full pot of coffee. The small batch feature works excellent! I still get a great tasting cup of coffee while only making 1/2 a pot. Also the warming sleeve helps keep the coffee steaming hot even an hour later.

   It is easy to program. Beautiful coffee pot. Makes really good coffee. It’s an old company and now doing small appliances. Top quality. So happy my son told me he owned one! It keeps the coffee warm and strong flavor.

   It’s a simple, great coffee maker. There is a filter in the bottom of the water tank, and it’s easy to change when you wish. I’m​ able to use the regular cheap flat bottom coffee filters with ease, after taking out the filter basket that comes with the machine. I recommend doing so, since the paper filters are cheap, and much easier to dispose of, as compared to cleaning the filter that comes with the machine. I like the sleeve that keeps the coffee pot warm. Overall, I really like my machine.

   At first I was very impressed with the coffee maker. I was replacing a Cuisinart after 1 year so I was being particular without breaking the bank. It worked well and made good hot coffee and then it started going downhill. For the last month or so it would only brew about a cup of coffee when 8 cups were poured into the reservoir. We would have to turn it on and on and on until it finally brewed the correct amount. Now it will not brew at all. I just bought this in January and it is June. I am highly disappointed in KitchenAid as I am typically a huge fan of their products. Not this one. I do not recommend buying this product. I was only making one pot a day and it could not handle that for 6 months. Coffee makers are not what they used to be apparently.

   From a guy that loves drinking coffee. Love this pot! Has everything you need for a perfect cup. Mesh filter, auto turnoff, bold and normal brewing. Looks bad ass too. Totally worth every penny

   My biggest gripe about this is that once it turns off, you can’t just turn it back on and have the heater plate heat up. you have to actually dump some water in and have it run a few minutes to get the thing on again. so if you don’t drink the whole pot in two hours, your coffee gets cold.
