Purchased this great coffee pot April 1, 2022. So it’s almost 3 years old, as of date. This one by far makes a great pot of coffee. The temperature is well regulated, and love the easy to set timer, for great coffee, anytime! Will be purchasing again.

I replaced an 8 y/o Cuisinart coffee maker which finally burned out with this Krups unit. Not only does it look beautiful sitting on the counter, it operates flawlessly so far. It has a large opening where you pour the water in, so my wife doesn’t make a puddle on the counter anymore! Hahaha, big plus for me. Also has plenty of settings for your brew and temperature. Don’t be discouraged by the Red funnel and ring on the top. It’s really hardly noticeable. I think it’s just accentuated in the pictures on the site for some reason.
Highly recommend this unit if your’re in the market and don’t want a Keurig.

Well I have purchased 2 of these for myself, I almost purchased a 3rd but decided to take one apart first, since they both failed in the same manner. When trying to brew coffee you will get an incomplete brew where you may find your 14 cups of coffee actually only brewing 8 or 10.
It seems that the design has a minor flaw that will cause a brew failure. If you get any coffee grounds in the water reservoir, which can happen if you add coffee to the filter while it is in the coffee maker, the grounds can get drawn into the tube that feeds the water through the machine. Unfortunately there is a choke point where the grounds can get caught. This choke point is a small piece in the tube which is in place to add pressure I believe. At any rate if you take it apart and clean that piece it will return to brewing normally.
The other issue I have found is the pot itself is very fragile, I have broken 3 of them simply by bumping into my sink with them to add water. This has happened when they are cold not hot.

We ordered this coffee maker 2 months ago, we use it daily, and the last few days it slowly started to not brew the full pot, or brew very slowly. After we tried to run the clean cycle a couple times, still no luck. Not happy when a coffee pot can’t last 2 months. I should have just gone to a store local to us so that I could easily return it. Now I’ve passed the return date. What a waste of money.
