Ordered for my birthday. On the first set, the metal was completely crooked, causing the glass where you put the coffee grinds to set completely crooked. The fake wood was also scratched. We returned that one and ordered a second one. The second one arrived with cracked glass and the metal all scratched up. Horrible quality product…Looks & price are very deceiving! Very sad because I wanted to love it.

Do not expect brass, this is aluminum with a decent finish on it. if you plan to adjust it too much it may scratch the finish after a while, but mine is set to the height I need and I do not expect to adjust it again.

I’m a photography enthusiast and the first thing that attracted me to it was its ELEGANT VINTAGE LOOK, I love to share my daily life on social media and this coffee pot is perfect for taking photos! To my surprise, it also works well, but my advice would be to change the size of the coffee grounds to as small as possible, boiled the water and let the hot water fully saturate the grounds so you can get to that perfect, sweet taste.

Wood feels cheap/plastic- I believe descriptions said it was bamboo? Questionable. bBase is not heat resistant. After two uses there is heat stain on base. Love the glass filter, pot and stand- will keep for that alone.
