   One of my favourite tools on my truck. The japan red matches my interior perfectly. Easy to clean and runs well of my 5.0 batteries, I use everyday.

   In theory, this is cool because it uses the same battery as a Makita tool kit would while having a non-US color scheme (IIRC the red was only available in Asian markets) but in actual use this is incredibly underwhelming.

   You are more than likely to get a little over a cup with one battery. Please do some research on YouTube before purchasing.

   only 1 issue I have is that the amount it can make per charge is assuming you use brand new batteries the 5hour do great but the typical 3 hour only give me 1.5 cups as I have had them for years

   I run a busy remodeling business and all my cordless tools are Makita. This looked like a much nicer job site coffeemaker than the DCM500Z, so I bought it. It brewed one cup of coffee and promptly quit working entirely. Save your money and just get the US-market one i named above if you want a coffeemaker for the field.

   これは素晴らしい！めっちゃ使えます！１杯ごとに落とすので多人数では使いにくいかもしれませんが、ワタシの場合は１～２人でしか使わないので１杯ごとに落とす方が使いやすいです。
   付属のマグカップは冷めにくく、さらにフタがついているのでコーヒーが冷めません。
   バッテリー式なので充電さえしておけばコンセントの電気容量を気にすることもなく安心です。
   追加で購入したマキタ製のブラジルコーヒーも予想以上に美味しくて満足です。
   今は自宅の仕事部屋で使っていますが雪が解けたら屋外の現場やキャンプに持っていきたいと思います。

    I don’t know what you people are talking about out here on how this only brews one cup and that’s it for the battery. I use an 18V 5.0 and I got 3 cups out of it and still battery left.. if you have a problem with your unit then send it back and stop complaining as things are defective sometimes. Or maybe you’re just using the wrong battery.
