The first day I received this coffee maker, the small pod had a broken lid.I thought no big deal it still closed. I washed it and set it up, added my water to the tank and water started leaking all over the counter. I took the tank off and reset it, again when I put water in it it started leaking. I called coffeemakers.us.com to return it. They walked me through the steps of contacting the manufacturer since it was supposed to be “under warranty”. I went through the steps and was informed I would hear from them within 2 days. I never heard from them, I had it ready to return, as of yet I still haven’t heard from them, so I finally put it in the garbage since that’s where trash goes. It IS trash!! Might as well have put my money in the trash, well I guess I kinda did. I hate that I even have to give it 1 star to give a review. I would give it -0 .Bad product, bad customer service.

I’ve used this since November and I must tell you that the performance has been terrible. You know the quality is bad when you can’t even get the machine to produce a simple cup of coffee. Even standing by the machine and tending it let’s you down. Attempted to make a cup of coffee which the machine trickles out a couple of ounces and then stops. Wouldn’t recommend this product

The product itself is small, compact and would be great for dorm, studio and camping which is why I had purchased.
However… it brewed one cup of coffee first day of use and has not worked since. When turning on, it randomly turns off, when selecting cup size it also randomly turns on and if you are lucky enough to get both of those to stay on all it does is spit coffee all over the place and only makes about a tablespoon of coffee regardless of cup size selection.
I have gone through all of the troubleshooting ideas proved by coffeemakers.us.com with no luck and in working with customer service I am advised of no returns or refunds due to Heath and safety restrictions. Although I understand that policy, I strongly believe it should not apply to defects.
I am both extremely frustrated and very disappointed that not only the product doesn’t work, I am out the cost and have not receive any significant alternatives or options other than to throw in trash and buy something new.
I would NOT recommend purchasing this product unless you have both the money and time to waste in managing to a defective product.
