sure sure you have to fiddle with it a few times to get the grind size you want… but you were going to do that anyway because it’s Adjustable!

The filter has two hangers. One was installed incorrectly. This is the second review I am writing about the same issue after I received the replacement order. Maybe all White Units are defective?

I was looking for a good coffee grinder on the go and saw this was recommended to me. I bought it out of curiosity and looks overall nice. It wasn’t hard to take apart or figure it out really. The instructions were on the box but I think maybe a little paper would been better so you can take that with you when moving around. I was able to grind the coffee easy and looked fine to me. When tasting the coffee itself it came out good. Everything was actually easy to clean only thing is the grinder part can be bit tricky to clean if you want to clean interior but expect a stain for sure. Overall pretty happy with the product and will be taking it to trips and camping.

I ordered this mainly for the grinder. I like to roast coffee beans and go hang out with friends and make coffee wherever im at. I like that the cups and filter are in it for emergency, or that i could use the filter to pour clean cowboy coffee into a cup from a pot.
The grinder works well and the grind is adjustable from fine to course.
I also tried to brew today actually using the filter and cup the way it is meant to be used.
I used 4 teaspoons of fresh roasted beans ground about medium into the filter. Tapped and shook it a few times to settle the grounds in the filter. I wet the grounds with boiling water and let it sit for 30 seconds, then i poured slow for 30 more seconds to fill the filter with water. I then waited for it to drip out like a would with a Vietnamese coffee.
I got like an espresso/Vietnamese coffee like beverage. It was a little bitter, and to be fair these beans were FRESH and not bitter in other methods of brewing. But im definitely still happy with this purchase!
The grinder is awesome and portable with cups attached, even if the filter isnt the best method for brewing.
