   I actually think the product is fine, and bought two THEY BOTH ARRIVED BROKEN. Not the glass but the plasic lid where the plunger goes through. So I initiated a replacement and THEY ARRIVED WITH ONE BROKEN! Three out of four units broken. Fail.

   This is a decent coffee press for the price. The only things that I dislike are the handle and the bottom piece of rubber. The handle doesn’t feel like it is screwed on well so I am always afraid that it will break off. The rubber portion sticks to the surface of the counter so it makes it hard to pick up from time to time.

   I received this and the me coffee grinder as a Christmas gift about 3 years ago. I use it every day for my morning commute coffee. Really easy to clean and very durable. I bought another one this year for my family Christmas blind gift exchange party

   My first time using a french press and was pretty simple. We used it while camping, I cannot go without my coffee! Almost better thanI make at home! I was worried about grounds in my coffee but the fine screen works very well at keeping the grounds in the bottom even while pouring. Good product!

   My only complaint with this thing was that the top was cracked where the plunger goes through it when I opened the box. Not the end of the world but kind of annoying. Good deal for the price though. If you like French presses and need one for your office as in my case, this is a good one to use.

   Side note, it has an annoying little feature in which the rubber stabilizer thing doesn’t stay on after you pick it up. Again, not the end of the world, but very annoying when you just want to enjoy your coffee instead of pick up pieces of the coffee maker off the ground

   It’s a very basic press, bottom line it does work. The plunger that comes with it is downright flimsy and fell apart as I was trying to clean it, It took a while to put back together but I never felt like it was sturdy after that. I had a plunger from a previous press that had broken and fit this one. The biggest issue is the rubber base that keeps coming off every time I pick it up. If it doesn’t crack in the next 12 months, then it’s not a bad purchase for $10. Otherwise, spend a little more and get a bit higher quality.

   I bought one of these from WM because it was all they had available in my local store. The price was very reasonable in comparison to other French presses online; that is the only pro. The plunger was difficult for me to take apart and put back together after cleaning, which was very frustrating. The reason I gave the press such a bad review is because the mesh screen of the plunger rusted after one or two weeks of daily use so I returned it. I do not think it is good to drink something that has come in contact with a rusted surface but maybe that is not the case. I would rather be safe than sorry though so I got rid of it.
