   I thought the measuring device was missing because I couldn’t find it. Turns out they secured it to the side of the unit and I didn’t see it until I called to report it was missing and they asked me to turn the unit over to get the serial and model #, then I saw it attached to the side. Also, in the instruction booklet, on page 8 under #8, it is written to place the jar full of ice and ingredients under the brew spout #5, but the brew spout is actually #6 so that needs to be corrected in the next printing of the instruction booklet. Also, I filled it with the instructed amount of ice but the drink did not come out like a frappe or frozen coffee, it was not thick as it should have been, it was only like a latte or any liquid cold drink. So next time I going to try it with more ice than they instructed. I previously had the other Mr Coffee machine which is much smaller and actually makes a very thick frozen coffee but it stopped working so I needed a new one but that one was now double the price I paid for the original one so I bought this one instead because the price was better.

   This was worth every penny. I am doing KETO and wanted a way to control the amount of sugar and carbs in my iced coffee or frappe. I didn’t think I would be using this every day but I’m actually using it at least twice a day, frappe in the morning and iced coffee in the afternoon. ☆☆☆☆☆

   This machine is so easy to use. The scoop and cups have measurements on them which makes it easy to make a great drink every time. The removable, reusable filter is easy to empty and clean. The machine is also easy to clean.

   I purchased the Mr. coffee frappe machine on January 29 of 2024 and it started leaking the end of April and a few days after it started leaking the entire bottom popped out of the blender cup. It cannot be used. My house was covered in frappe and I have tried and tried and tried to get the seller to send me a code to request a refund or a replacement I even offered to just let them send me a new cup and I didn’t even wanna refund. I just wanted a new blender cup and they wouldn’t do it and they keep telling me to return it to coffeemakers.us.com which cannot be done that window closed on February 29 after I ordered it on January 29 it had 30 days , they’re not helping me at all. Don’t waste your money on this machine. It is a piece of trash.
