This is my 3rd consecutive Mr. Coffee and it has exceeded expectations. The pause and pour function never worked properly in the two earlier models, but I was delighted to find that this Mr. Coffee has fixed the problem. It’s nice to be able to grab a cup of coffee during a brew without sizzling splashes on the warmer plate. This silver model also looks beautiful in the kitchen, brews a great pot of coffee, and has a user-friendly design. All of the programmable features are working well so far too. Mr. Coffee has always been more reliable, and brewed better coffee, than some much more expensive brands.

Great coffee maker. I prefer that it does not have a whole lot of bells and whistles. I like that it has an automatic shut off and the tablespoon measurement it comes with is awesome. It also has a great little indicator, that shows how long your coffee has been sitting for. Would recommend.

Bought this for my hubby who is a coffee drinker. (I can take it or leave it.) He bought a Mr. Coffee when they first came out, way way back 1960s? 1970s? He loves this coffeepot and says this makes the best ever. He loves the fact that it has a timer and will shut off at the end of 4 hours. I expect this will last until the end of our days. 🙂

I bought this to replace the Hamilton Beach I’d only had for about 8 months. The carafe was a huge pain to get in and out of the maker.
The Mr. Coffee maker has easy to follow color coded markings on the pot and tank that match the measuring scoop that came with the pot. The carbon filter is a nice addition. The timer across the bottom shows how long the coffee has been sitting, up to 4 hours before shut off. Great feature! I REALLY missed the notification sounds when the coffee is finished brewing and before it shuts off. My older Mr. Coffee makers had that feature but not the Hamilton. Best feature…I don’t have to fight with the carafe!

I normally like Mr. Coffee brand coffee makers and for the most part this makes good coffee. However, this lasted about a year and a half before it started randomly shutting off. Not sure if it deserves even 3 stars for longevity. There are better choices.
