I have had many tea kettles, tea cafés over the years. They have all eventually rusted inside and we had to throw them out and go with something new. I have had this one for years now and it’s one of the better ones I have. Easy to use. I love that. There is a keep warm function on it so you can boil up your water and just keep it at that temperature. You can also select the temperature of the water that you want, especially when it comes to different types of tea.

The kettle works great. However, the filter literally disintegrated and I can’t find a replacement anywhere.

Works great! Heats quickly and the different temp settings work great. I use mine daily and haven’t had any issues. Bought a second because we use when traveling as well.

Overall, very good kettle.
Pros: Fast warmup. Returns to temperature and keep-warm settings when you return kettle to base.
Cons: Surface is very hot, very little insulation. We can’t find replacement filter screens for the spout.

The filter will eventually become loose and not stay in place. They don’t sell replacement filters.

I’ve had this for 6 years and use it multiple times a day for tea and French press coffee, and occasionally hard boiled eggs (the trick is to start room temperature eggs in cold water). I love that it’s cordless (lifts off the base) and the window lights up when it’s on (can be seen from across the room). I can fit my hand inside to clean it, and it turns itself off after a while for safety.
I have only one complaint. The entire metal carafe becomes as hot as the water, so it is possible to burn yourself touching the outside. Fortunately when you hold the handle there is a plastic panel between the metal and the back of your hand. Otherwise, it would be unusable.
