I purchased the Mr. Coffee cappuccino, latte and espresso maker last December; it stopped heating the milk a few weeks ago. I contacted the company, provided images of the product, model number and proof of purchase and they told me it’s outside the warranty window. Really?! It’s been less than a year since I paid $500 for this useless piece of equipment. Buyer beware. It might be worth it to spend more money for a better quality product with a better warranty.
