   It makes a wonderfully smooth cup of coffee as long as you only desire a single cup. Clean up is easy as the coffee grounds are thrown away with the paper filter. It is expensive for a plastic drip coffee maker, but the improvement in flavor was worth it.

   Great taste like French press, but no grounds get through the filter. Small batches are possible (8-14 oz at a time). Perfect for a big mug, or even a travel mug. Much easier to clean and dispose of the grounds than in the French press that I have used for years. Highly recommended.

   Very easy to use. Set a timer for 3 minutes and walk away and come back to consistently brewed, excellent coffee. It has become my go to method for my morning coffee. 21 grams of freshly ground beans and 200 degree water for 3 minutes. Easy. And very sturdy. A little bit hard to clean down in the bottom but not a show stopper. Would recommend to anyone. I have a $2000 espresso machine, an Aeropress, French press, and Chemex and this is the one I pull out most mornings.

   It’s easy to get consistent good coffee with the CLEVER. I don’t really need another one but I bought it (large one) mainly for it’s vintage retro yellow color BUT that annoying black paper sticker on the handle easily tear when you peel it off no matter how careful you are. It leaves that dreaded paper+glue residue that we all hate, never fails to ruin the moment. Why?! Why can’t CLEVER be clever enough to use a better sticker or a cling-on sticker that don’t use and or leave glue residue.

   Anyway, will be getting the retro baby blue too in small 🙂

   I have owned several of these and find them easy to use and they make great coffee. My experience is that they eventually leak but I get hundreds of coffees from them before that happens. Now that they are substantially more expensive than they used to be, I will inquire about replacement parts.
   Overall highly recommend.
