This is the second attempt at using this coffee maker. It has a lot of moving parts so you must acquaint yourself with all that when using. It took me two weeks to get the hang of it. The full-pot cycle works great. The one-cup method gives you a coffee so hot you burn your lips. If you allow it to cool for 2 minutes then the coffee is luke-warm. It looks good on the counter, though. I think it’s overpriced.

So far it’s worked great. I’ve only had it for a week, but the only downfall is there were no instructions and I was used to just a Keurig so there’s a lot of options on this machine and when I called they say go to the website but the website only offers something like troubleshooting or there’s something wrong with the coffee maker, but all in all it serves the purpose.

I purchased this in February 2024 and it stopped working on the 31st of October. It took a while to locate the warranty information and the seller helped. However, when I submitted the claim against CPS (Consumer Priority Service ), they did not give “Market Value”. They instead offered $129 and the same exact one on coffeemakers.us.com is currently $149.95 (pre tax).

I’ve had this machine for a couple of months now and so far exclusively used the kcup adapter. Have not tried brewing a full pot yet. That said, I haven’t run into any issues and it brews a really nice cup of coffee. The milk frother works great too. My only complaint so far is that there’s no way to disable the 5 beeps that occur after it’s finished brewing.
