   I can’t believe I have been paying $6 for my ice coffees for all these years. At a friends suggestion, I tried the Nitro Cold Brew COffee Maker and now I am hooked. It takes a few minutes to get all the parts together – but it is worth it. Remember to order the nitro cartridges separately – not expensive. It takes a batch or two to get the intensity right – but once you have the magic recipe matched to your taste – you will love how fresh it is. The other nice thing is that this is not too big of an appliance. Very compact and stores easily. Stop driving to your coffee house when you can pay for this in about a month.

   This is a great cold brew coffee maker. It came with all the O rings in place and a bag of extra once. I didn’t expect that. To me the instructions/pamphlet that came with the brewer was really helpful. It gives well instructions and also well detailed information of the brewer from names of parts and how they are put together to size of O rings. Feels and looks well built. I had no leaks from the n2o cartridge when installed. This is a solid brewer. I did make my own cold coffee for 24hrs to be used with this n2o brewer and it came out great. I’m loving this n2o brewer. I’m not going back to regular hot coffee. the tast is way better. I want to find something negative but I just don’t see anytime negative. solid 5 stars.

   I wanted to find an appliance that allowed me to create my own nitro cold brew at home, at a fraction of the cost. We all know we can go to our major coffee chain to buy coffee, but that adds up. I purchased this so I could make my own at home. I was definitely pleased and surprised by how easy it is. I took a photo of everything that comes with it – as you can see, there are cleaning brushes, ample tubing, and the parts are well made. The metal parts feel heavy and high quality, which makes me feel glad I purchased it. As I put everything together, I realized how well machined everything was – the parts just fit together so well. You’ll want to order the nitro capsules separately, since they do not come with this machine. I just purchased the Whip it cartridges from coffeemakers.us.com. I put my own coffee into the keg, tapped the capsule, and tried it out. It tastes like the major coffee chain…only better! I’m going to save money doing this myself, but now I can add my own custom brews into the keg whenever I feel like it. I drink a lot of coffee so I will drink the entire keg in a day . If you want to save some for the second day, the nitro isn’t as robust. Just something to think about. Overall, I love this thing – it also looks really nice on my kitchen counter too. And it will help me save money and not go to the big chains anymore!

   I am not a huge coffee drinker but a friend had me try nitro cold brew at a Starbucks and I enjoyed it but wasn’t ready to pay that much each visit. My wife then saw this nitro cold brew maker for home and we said why not give it a try. It’s a little bit of an investment up front but after you have everything you can have cold brew at a fairly reasonable price. I have noticed a few areas for improvement though. First is the nozzle, it drips when not in use. Nutrichef has included a little rubber cap that you can put on but I feel like it’s not the best solution since it’s not hooked on and can easily get lost. The second is I feel like the nitro charge doesn’t last after the first pour.

   It was delicious while it lasted. It popped from the bottom last night. My whole kitchen was a disaster. I had the glass cup in my hand and glass flew everywhere. My hands felt like like glass pieces were stuck in them and burned under water. I recommend to be careful when handling this product. Inspect it before utilizing it. I’m assuming i received a faulty keg. That would explain the little coffee puddles I would find thinking it was leaking from the spout and not the bottom.

    Very minimal assembly. Attaching the spear to the very little keg (picture is very misleading) upon hand tightening, the piece of junk broke. the threads? the o-rings? i don’t know what broke. Now it just leaks coffee all over, Cheap piece a junk isn’t even worth looking into, absolute cheaply made piece of junk. Picture shows a soda bottle for actual size reference. the nozzle is too big for the little piece of junk, off balance.

    Update: Bought another brand of NO2 the 8gram Whip It brand that they specifically show in their tutorial video. The sleeve they sent me for the cart DOES NOT FIT. I injured myself trying to jam it in there. When in the world is someone going to addrees this? coffeemakers.us.com uses to have the best customer surface now they dont even respond to ppl flatly stating they were sent DEFECTIVE products? Product says works with any 8 gram n02 cartridge. I bought 8 gram Ultra-Purewhip brand carts straight from coffeemakers.us.com prime and they absolutely DO NOT fit the appliance I was delivered it wont come close to fitting into the holder for the cart and i watched videos to make sure I was doing it correctly. I cant give this product more than a 1 until someone explains what error was made? Was I sent a sleeve for a c02 cart and thats why it wont fit if so please immediately send a correct replacement.

    I have been using my new Nitro Cold Brew system for roughly a week now. I wanted to try out some different recipes to really put this thing to the test! All I have to say is Wow! I wish I had this a long time ago. Works like a charm. Let me start with the quality. This kit is very well designed and made of stainless steel. All the parts feel sturdy and well constructed. Cleaning it is a breeze since everything comes apart. Just some dish soap, luke warm water, let it soak, and rinse. For heavier cleaning, it comes with two brushes to make sure you get all the hard to reach areas. Now let’s talk about the assembly. The kit comes with a easy to read and follow instruction pamphlet. I was able to assemble it without the pamphlet with no problems. Be very careful when cutting the hose as it needs to be the right size in order to get all of the coffee from the keg. It cannot be too short or to long. Measure from the bottom side as the bottom middle protrates a little. All in all it was a quick and easy setup. Taste! Let’s talk about the taste. This Nitro Cold Brew machine will not disappoint. It makes a fantastic Nitro Cold Brew and you will have fun doing so. Adding the Nitro really brings out the coffee notes and adds a nice foam texture. Make sure to get the correct N02 cartridges. I chose the Whip It brand which can be found on coffeemakers.us.com and they work well and are reasonably priced. This kit has changed how I drink coffee because of how easy it is to make a nitro cold brew. I was shocked on how good my coffee turned out and it saves me time and money on a trip to the coffee shop. Overall, this thing pays for itself in no time and I highly recommend it. Cheers!

    I have been enjoying the nitro cold brew growler for two weeks now. The system functions as described, and turns cold brew into foaming nitro goodness. This is a great purchase for anyone that enjoys nitro cold brew, and definitely saves money. I personally have been purchasing large Starbucks cold brews, add milk within the growler and with one nitro capsule I have several nitro cold brew servings. It is always readily available which is great for anyone in a rush in the mornings. Highly recommend. To be noted is one nitro capsule is required for each growler fill. Once emptied, add your cold brew combination with a new capsule.

    Works really really well. I’m not sure why the rating isn’t higher – it’s easy to assemble and I’d say fool proof. The coffee tastes great and I plan on experimenting with Guinness. Good value for the price, if you’re interested in making draft coffee this is the perfect product. I knew nothing about it and now I have great tasting coffee every day. My only complaint is I wish it could store more coffee. You can only put 48oz in there even though it holds 64oz. Don’t try putting more in, it looks like people in the reviews had bad experiences when they did that and that’s their own fault, not the product’s fault.

    Energize your coffee with this portable Nitro Cold brew coffee maker. Ideal for picnic, travel, and replacement of your boring coffee container. Charge it with Nitrous Oxide to makes your drink richer, fuller and enjoyable to the last drop. Suggestions; Plastic nozzle cap is prone to losing. I recommend attaching a thin wire and tie it to the keg. I love riding motorcycle and I always carry this with me by securing it on my luggage rack (see one of my picture).. one important reminder though.. remove the black plastic tap handle, because engine and road vibration will loosen it and gradually fall out. Minor issue: After each use, expect few droplets that will come out of the nozzle, which is by the way normal yet something you need to consider. What I usually do, I wipe the nozzle with clean cloth / napkin then put the rubber cap after each use. Just remember to discard liquid inside the rubber cap. I guess, it’s bye bye startbucks.. Hello, N2O Cold Brew Coffee Maker… Two thumbs up!!!

    I’ve always been a fan of the Nitro cold brew. This kit allows me do it right at home saving me a trip to starbucks and money in the process. I was hoping to brew my cold brew in it as well but this seems more just like a dispensing and chilling vessel. FYI you do need to buy your own Nitrogen tanks as it doesn’t come with any. Additionally Its kind of a pain to fit in the fridge one you have the tap and gas canister in . It would of been better if the gas screwed in horizontialy and the handle was a bit shorter. probably works best if you chill it then add the tap and gas when dispensing.

    So… I love coffee, to the point my friend and I roast our own and have tried just about every brewing method out there. The Nitro Cold Brew Coffee Maker is the coolest, most fun and tastiest caffeine delivery system so far. It’s easy to setup, use and gives you a great beverage every time. I personally use straight cold brew and like to super-nitro it with as much foam as possible, then I add cream and a little water to thin it out after it’s poured. The great thing about the Nitro Cold Brew Coffee Maker is you can customize the strength to your taste and with the bleeder valve adjust the level of nitro to your desired level.     I purchased the Nitro Cold Brew Coffee Maker as a Christmas gift for my husband as he LOVES coffee. We live in Arizona and I thought it would be a nice change from his daily hot cup/s. After purchasing we found out his esophagus is scarred and is supposed to reduce his coffee intake. Then I discovered that cold brew is much less acidic than normally brewed hot coffee, so this worked out perfectly. We were EXTREMELY pleased with the quality of all of the individual pieces of the unit, how well they fit together, and how the unit has performed… FLAWLESSLY. My husband hasn’t had a cup of hot coffee since Christmas Day. I purchased the Ultra-Purewhip Nitrogen chargers and again…Everything is working perfectly and we are ‘Cold Brewers’ now…LOL.

    Directions aren’t great but it isn’t hard to figure out how to get it up & running. First batch of coffee tasted pretty good but to be effective and enjoy the cold brew, you have to take the time to prepare and plan ahead. It took a few tries to get the ratio correct for the strength of coffee I like. I will definitely continue to use this machine and I’m sure I’ll perfect the process with a little more practice. Of note, the ISI professional NO2 chargers from coffeemakers.us.com worked great.
