   Family loves the choice of drinks and ease of use. Has more choices than I realized, e.g., crema and ristretto options too.
   Need to experiment to get the flavor profile you like. Milk and non dairy milk steaming is very good.
   While it’s not the same as a $1500 dedicated espresso machine such as a Ranchillo or Rocket, it’s a very decent cup and very easy. I enjoy not having to do all the fiddling on a weekday morning.
   Maintenance cleaning, etc is a must, but Phillips made it as easy as can be.
   Definitely happy and would buy again, especially at the refurbished price. Shipped from a 1st tier supplier too.

   I received my order VERY well packaged. I don’t think I’ve ever had a package so well protected. It was easy to put together and figure out. I did notice the water receptacle was broken, a small chunk was broken off of a corner. I reached out to the seller and they immediately offered a refund or to exchange the machine. I told them I really just wanted a new receptacle and they sent it right out. I asked about the water testing strips that usually come with a new machine and they said they didn’t include them usually but due to the inconvenience with the water receptacle, they issued a $10 refund so I could purchase the strips myself. Great service and I would definitely buy from them again. As far as the espresso maker itself, it works great, makes great coffees approved by my Starbucks loving teenage daughters. The milk receptacle is amazing, it automatically steams and foams the correct amount based on the drink you selected, and puts the milk in your cup for you. Best of all the milk system is super easy to clean and that was a fear I had not wanting spoiled milk in my machine or a complicated cleaning process. This is a great machine.

   While this is not the best coffee machine, it is convenient and for most of the last year it was doing an acceptable job. However, now 10 months in, the machine essentially gives a burnt coffee flavor liquid out which is no where close to quality espresso.

   One of the greatest products I have ever purchased. Very easy to use and, most importantly, extremely easy to clean and maintain. Some of the best coffee I have made at home. Milk system is nothing short of genius. Coffee varieties are at least on par with most coffee shops in quality and taste of coffee. Machine paid for itself in 1 month due to family using the machine instead of going to caribou/Starbucks.

   Good interface, large number of coffee options. store My coffee custom option, good foam good looking machines.

   On flip side take longer time than Delonghi to make a cappuccino, finish feels for fragile / plastic, coffee not hot enough even at high temperature and most annoying discharges some water to tray when cleaning instead of 100% to cleaning mug.
