After accidentally breaking my most recent glass French press, we decided to try a non-glass one for greater durability. This metal French press keeps coffee hotter for much longer than our previous glass one. It is quite heavy duty feeling, which makes me wonder a bit if it will break a floor tile if dropped, but it definitely seems durable. Much more aesthetically pleasing than the glass one as well. Very easy to clean.

Love love love this French Press (and matching kettle). Retired and out enjoying camping life, and this French Press (stainless steel not glass, yay) just adds a great touch to the set up.
Wood handle is beautiful and pour arrow on the lid (thank you for that)
Capacity is great and keeps coffee warm, strainer is solidly built and came with extra mesh filter.
I’d only replace it with another Poliviar but maybe a different color.

Built solid, I haven’t used yet but it is a definite solid piece to have on hand if needed for company. I got the off white and it’s a nice color, and the handle does look wood but it’s I think faux wood. Even the handle is nice and solid too. I will come back and update when used a few times. Ich habe die Stempelkanne vor ein paar Wochen gekauft und täglich im Gebrauch. Bin sehr zufrieden damit und sie erfüllt alle Erwartungen, sowohl optisch als auch geschmacklich.
Manche Rezensionen bemängeln, dass die Holzteile “zerfleddern”. Dieses Problem kann ich nicht bestätigen, allerdings spüle ich die Kanne nur von Hand. Für die Spülmaschine ist diese aufgrund des Holzes ungeeignet.
