Hey everyone, been looking for a coffee/espresso machine for the car for a long time. I have used a few different older style drip… with not much success, 15-20 min to make a cup, weak etc… This is more like a Moka machine from France, it uses pressure to push the water up.. reminds you of a percolator… I plugged it into my car turned it on and it fit into my cup holder! about 5-8 min. the light spun I think it beeped but I forget… You could drink it direct as it has a lid and a silicone gasket!!! about 3/4 of spoon or so no way to tamp it down. Add 150ml about 4 ounces but it was smooth coffee (I use french roast from costco) I have an espresso machine, moka, drip, and percolator so I know my coffee machines… Not bitter at all, I think this guy is very good. I did buy a 3 year warranty just in case. I know I might drop it. It only comes with the car cigarette adapter so indoor you would need to buy a 12v or 24vdc 5amp not sure on the 12vdc amp but if you can use ohm’s law you need about 150 watts. Will update if that doesn’t work.. I am buying that in case I have a job on location which is everyday and I need the coffee indoor and not while driving. I am lactose… so I also have lactose free powdered milk to add not perfect but it works… With the cost of espresso at Bucks at 5-8.00 this pays for itself in 10 minutes away cups.
