   This pitcher came in an unmarked cardboard box with loose bubble wrap. There were no instructions. The lid was noticeably scratched and a bit dusty with lint on the interior which made me think this was either a return or product demo. I tried to pull the lid off to open it from the top handle with a lot of effort until I went back to the product listing and found you have to twist the top to open. There is no indication if this pitcher is BPA free or not so I assume it isn’t. There are no numbers or words on the cup indicating the type of plastic either. Do I want to drink coffee from this? I’m sure nervous to. Not a good first impression. Pros: mesh is fine, size good for one person.

   Very simple and easy to use. I wouldn’t say it’s portable but it’s personal preference. It’s compact for our fridge.

   I really like this cold brew pitcher. It’s tall and narrow, so it fits easily into the door of my refrigerator instead of taking up valuable shelf space. I have another cold brew pitcher that I paid about $30 for a few years ago, but I stopped using it, because it wasn’t well-designed. The mesh basket on that one did not have a lid, so I would often end up with coffee grounds floating in my iced coffee. This one comes with a much smaller price tag and I never have to fish floating coffee grounds out of my glass.

   Works as stated but it arrived scratched and has a cheesy hard plastic look. I wanted to like this since I’m the only one in my family that enjoys cold brew or iced tea, so I didn’t want a huge pitcher.

   Took it camping but it leaked in the ice chest. Bye better for stationary use.

   Turns out this is a good size for traveling. Decided to take it on a short trip and the room had a small fridge. Filled it, left overnight and in the morning a nice cold brew to go!

   If you prefer one of the more exotic tea blends then you will need to brew it yourself. Now you can do it on the road. I will caution trying this if the internal temp of your vehicle gets over 90 degrees because that is not cold brewing:) It should be fine while driving with the AC running but I would worry about letting an active infusion sit in a hot car in summer heat. But that’s just me.

   The infusion unit worked fine and was easy to clean.

   The mesh strainer is perfect for making cold brew, filtering out as much coffee sediment as possible. It serves two Venti-sized cold brew coffees. Once ice and 12 oz. of this are added, you get a well-sized, enjoyable cold brew. There’s an inner lid that keeps the coffee inside the mesh strainer. The sturdy plastic container is easy to clean due to its wide mouth.

   I don’t like the side handle; there’s not much to hold However, this is offset by an excellent double-purpose handle on the lid for convenient carrying and unscrewing. That said, it’s tricky to screw the lid back on. The one I received doesn’t do it smoothly, and it fights me halfway through, struggling to line up with the spout. Minus 1 star.
