   All of these reviews are misleading. I’ve tried two of them. I wanted to like it. Worked with all of the features. Inconsistent. The tiny yellow foam piece is integral yet easily lost and no replacement provided.

   We spend a good bit of time in our camper, and having some form of coffee is essential. Since our coffee pot requires electricity, we purchased this to have access to espresso/caffeine anywhere. We have not been disappointed. It has a great battery life and heats the water nicely. Our first time we didn’t add enough grounds, so we learned that our preference is to add more for a stronger brew. We don’t typically use pods, but this supports both large and small pods, which would be a breeze to use. It brews quickly and has great flavor. I especially love that you can brew into the attached cup OR you can set it over a small mouthed glass and brew directly into that. It’s quiet, efficient, and versatile. Exactly what we were hoping for!
