   I got this portable espresso machine to take along on my hiking trips, and it is everything I had hoped for. Getting to my scenic hilltops and being able to relax with a quick cup of joe is remarkable.

   The machine works seamlessly, and is super easy to use. Instructions were easy to understand, and it just took 1 practice run before I was set to go (single button function, so you can’t really get it wrong).

   The carry case it comes in is lightweight. yet durable enough to keep the machine nicely protected from damage during travel.

   Water heats up within a few minutes, and you can watch it’s progress on the screen which is also a nice touch.

   After receiving it, I carefully read the manual. I extracted once by adding hot water without charging it, and in the mode that doesn’t require heating water, it hardly consumes any electricity. The coffee has a rich crema, but if you need to heat the water, one full charge may only extract 2-3 cups, especially in colder conditions. Overall, it’s fantastic; I can enjoy a pleasant espresso even while working outside.

   When using Nespresso Capsules, all you get is a light brown water. Even with the tightest setting, it is more like a light drip coffee, not espresso. Not compatible with the capsules as the description says. It does however work great with espresso grinded coffee and it produces a rich crema. It is just a bit messy and not as convenient as I thought. Also if you are on the run and want it to heat up room temperature water for a hot cup of coffee, it sucks and drains a full battery to half the charge on the first extraction. Got it as Christmas gift. Returning it. Now looking for something more solid and consistent from Nespresso company itself.

   Purchased this because we’re always on go with roadtrips and kids activities and we all know paying for coffee gets super expensive ( even the gas station kind). The design is top tier and super sleek/modern looking. Easy use and comes with a portable carry case ! You can put the espresso capsules in the case too

   Great for working on the road. I have to travel the first 4 days of each month and hotel coffee can only be so good. Besides the grossness of the hotel room coffee pots it’s just never as good as home. My sister bought one of these for her husband who travels every week and he loves it so I got one. First off, it looks so pretty! But it’s also easy to use, Quick to make a cup of espresso and cleaning it is simple. I have ait and my portable blender in their own little case and am super happy with it after the first two weeks.
