   Such a tight squeeze but this just fits the Breville Touch. Ensure you get a set (like this one) that you can configure the angle of the float to fit. Also look at my photos for placement. Will update review if something changes but super happy so far. (Day 1). Con: does not have blue clips to secure the valves/tubes from being pushed in and pulled out.

   This works perfectly, the trick is to test different areas of the reservoir to find an area that works best before drilling the hole on the lid or sides. The new Keurigs water reservoir is smaller then the old keurig we had previously so definitely take your time when marking the point to drill, I would like to see some type of looking mechanism to keep the float and connection from being able to turn, this is the reason we turn the water off unless it needs water because it could possibly wedge and prevent the float from rising & that’d be bad, I may try to glue it or something to keep it from being able to turn.

   UPDATE: After 4 months both of these have begun leaking a tiny amount. It’s so slow you can’t see or hear the water flow but sure enough, I’ll come home after a weekend away and my coffeemaker and cat bowl will be filled to the top and have puddles around them. I’ve messed with the arm angle and even made some diy adjustments but keep getting the same problem. The 1/4 turn shut off valves are my answer for now. I really liked this product and hope the problems get sorted out so I can buy more. ORIGINAL: I ended up grabbing 2, for my Farberware coffee maker and cat water bowl. No more daily filling for coffe/tea or maneuvering the heavy water jug every week. I am absolutely loving how well they both work and hope they hold up over time. I did heat up and bend the hinges so the bobber fit in my coffee maker (2nd pic), yours may fit better depending on were you drill your hole, but other than that, they both installed easily and I’m really happy I found this product!

Love them both, I would not have bought the keurig without the fill kit since it fits under the cabinets and would have to be pulled all the way out to fill.    This was a replacement for a simple valve. There were no instructions but it is not hard to install. It is setup so that you install it on the top lid, not the side. With it on the top, the float works great. Now I have trust issues so for now the valve is off unless I am filling the tank.

   Weird that it doesn’t come with any directions. Nice that it comes with a step drill bit but still you’ll want to drill I pilot so it doesn’t walk on you. I used a file to cut the notch you need at the TOP of the hole. This notch keeps the float valve facing in the right direction. The float valve seems to be one way so I think it’s okay that I needed to drill my hole below the max line for clearance with the cover. I will update if there are any leaks or anything.

    Installed quick. I tied this into my fridge water line. It came with plastic push to fit connectors to tie into the line but I bought metal 1/4 OD connections at Home Depot for a better install. The water level stays almost full even when brewing a 12 cup pot. The float fills faster then it can brew and stops filling perfectly when done brewing. The float has no issues fitting into the K-Duo water tank. I recommend for anyone. I’m going to buy another one for my breville next.

    Even without instructions, it’s pretty straightforward. I installed this on my Keurig duo. Simply drill a small pilot hole in the lid of the reservoir and then use the included step bit to drill the rest of the way. I had a plumber connect this to the fridge water line along with an in-line water filter. I put the shut-off valves on either side of the filter to make filter replacement easy and stashed the filter behind the Keurig. Keeps the reservoir at a constant 10-cup level.

    Love this product! The kit is complete with all the necessary fitting and all of the parts seem good quality. I installed it in my Ninja CFN601 with one valve about two inches from the reservoir (easy access) and one valve upstream of the tee. It took a minute to figure out the positioning because the reservoir has molded hand grips that could interfere with the float, depending on the location of the valve on the reservoir cover and the axial rotation of the valve. With careful alignment it fits just fine. That said, installing the shutoff valve to be accessible from the countertop is critical- in case the float binds. The valves and fittings are John Guest-type fittings, which are superior to compression fittings and leak resistant when moved/bumped. I was trying to piece together a kit like this using brass parts, but this works well and is probably better than any kit I could have cobbled together.

    The kit worked perfectly on our Keurig Duo. Use it for a few days now it is so nice not having to add water. So far I’d give it five stars as everything was easy to install and work perfectly. The float was also very easy to adjust. The only thing I can’t speak to his longevity, there isn’t much to go wrong so I hope it lasts a long time. It was an added bonus that the kit included a step bit as well as a tubing cutter, they each work nicely.

    If you have some DIY experience this is easy. However, my keurig is the big one and an older model (see pics) so the filter had to go to fit. I installed it on my filter line for my fridge so it was obsolete anyhow. If I did it again, I would install the float on the front top of the fill tank vs the back. Because the back is to high. I adjusted the little screw on the float to full extension to get it to reach. It stops filling right above the Max fill line which is higher than I like, but it works. I also have the issue that I put this on the waterline on the back of my fridge after the filter. On my fridge this line only has pressure when you fill a glass of water on the door. However, I don’t think this is a bad thing because that means it only fills when someone is standing near it so if the float gets stuck or something is leaking you would catch it. Not how I planned it to work but again I’m okay with that. Over all happy with it just wish the float had an extender to allow for not adjustment.

    I bought this kit in 2023 and it worked really well until my Keurig Coffee maker broke. So I bought a newer 2025 Keurig and tried to install the floater in the newer Keurig. Although I got the the floater to fit (barely) in a lid mounted configuration like I had done with my previous Keurig model, the new Keurig would stop at half a cup and the Add Water light would come on. As I experimented with the system it appears that the new Keurig models don’t like to have the water reservoir being automatically refilled while the machine is dispensing a cup of coffee. This floater kit seems to mess up the Keurig’s water metering system. I still intend to use the kit, but now I’ll have to turn off the input water valve cock after the reservoir fills. Then I’ll wait until the Keurig reservoir is empty before I turn the valve cock back on – only long enough to refill the reservoir. So the kit is still useful in that you don’t have to refill the reservoir by removing it and taking it to the sink. But it is not the fully automatic refill system it used to be. I’ll reiterate that this loss of automatic functionality is really due to the Keurig’s new metering system rather than the kit. But it does make the kit less useful. If someone knows of a better way to solve this problem, I would really like to hear it. My original Review: This is really an easy DIY job. I give it 5 stars. What made this kit extra special is the inclusion of two tools not found in some of the other kits. The metal stepper drill bit tool is well made and really came in handy for drilling out a hole in my Keurig’s lid so the float valve could be installed in the reservoir. The other really useful tool is the tube cutter used to make clean 90 degree cuts of the hoses. Good cuts make the tubing and adaptor mating perfect and worry free (no leaking thank you). 2 Tips: 1st Tip – Connect the Tee fitting to the output side of your refrigerator filter to feed filtered water into the coffee machine. Filtered water will keep the coffee machine cleaner and the coffee tasting better. Not only that, but every time you change the refrigerator filter you will have effectively changed the filter for the Keurig as well. 2nd Tip: Connect one of the 1/4″ shutoff ball valves between the Tee fitting and the coffee maker where you can easily get to it. I put mine in the line feeding the coffee maker about a foot or so from the coffee maker so I can easily shut off the flow when I want to clean the reservoir.

    This auto water fill for my Keurig coffee maker was easy to install and works great. But the installation is not for a novice. Everything needed was in the kit including the tube cutter and step drill bit. You will however need your own hand power drill. You will also need access in your home to a 1/4 inch water supply line such as the one to your refrigerator ice maker or undersink water filter. I’ve been using this kit for about a week, and it works perfectly with no leaks. My Keurig water tank is always full now. Yeaaa!

    2 Year Update: this is still going strong. We love this and now we can’t imagine having to fill the coffee maker! Having this has allowed us to create a coffee nook out of a fairly narrow cabinet space when we remodeled our kitchen since we don’t need frequent access to the back of the coffee maker anymore. Original review: Works great on our Ninja CP301 with a slight modification. There is a tab at the top of the reservoir that indicates the max water level that we needed to cut off in order for the float to completely rise. Not a ton of room to work with in the Ninja, but it is doable for sure, just need a little hacksaw! I’m including a couple of pics to show placement. We also taped down the lid with electrical tape as other reviews suggested. So happy that this works!!! We are not K cup people and I had only found one coffee maker that is designed for direct line water…but we love our Ninja – this is EXACTLY what we needed! We bought longer tubing since we wanted to keep our coffee maker where it is at and not move it next to our fridge. We luckily have an unfinished basement, so we teed off of the line to the fridge below deck and came up through the floor and through the cabinet. Even drilled a little hole in the granite countertop for a nice clean install. This kit is a winner!

    I have had this installed on my Keurig for over a year now and I cannot say how grateful I am for this. My husband surprised me with this as a Christmas present in 2020 after researching coffee makers that come with automatic filters. WAY less expensive if you are a DIYer. He connected it to our ice maker line behind the fridge and it works beautifully. At first, I would shut off the line because I was afraid it wouldn’t work properly and would flood my kitchen. Never once have I had an issue! He brings me coffee in bed every morning and not once have I had to wait for him to fill the reservoir and heat up the water 😊

    This was one of the best purchases I’ve made. For 20 bucks, I got the tubing, valves and connections, plus a handy-dandy tool to cut a hole in the top of my reservoir. It took me only 15 minutes to install – it may take a little longer, but I had a dedicated line that all I had to do was connect the tubing. Works like a charm. In fact, it was so easy to install and works so well, that I’m sure it’s going to blow up – only kidding. Well worth the effort to not have to constantly refill the coffee reservoir. Highly recommended. PS – it comes with no directions to install, so read the description on the product page. Just make sure that before you cut the hole for the floater valve that there is enough room for the valve to work. Other than that, easy-peasy.

    I bought this before and I am about to buy it again for a different coffee maker. It works great. My only critique is that the line is blue. That color clashes with most kitchen setups. A black line would be best. Black valves would be great as well (if they even come in black). That way it would match the coffee maker much better and look nicer.

    This product works well, once installed. I installed this on a Keurig Duo coffee maker, which complicated the installation a bit. The float mechanism requires some clearance to operate properly. If your coffee pot has a simple rectangular water reservoir, then installation should be pretty straightforward. But the water reservoir on a Keurig Duo machine has curved sides and a curved lid. So the location where you mount the inlet (where you drill the hole), the angle that the elbow comes off the reservoir, and the float height setting require some very subtle adjustments that took a little time to perfect. (See attached pictures.) Nonetheless, this complicated installation was just because I put it on the Keurig Duo. I did eventually get these adjustments right and the float system works wonderfully. It keeps the reservoir water level consistent when brewing a full pot or doing a single cup with K-cups. One final hint: Once installed properly with water turned on, if you take the lid or reservoir off for some reason (although you don’t need to do that normally) the float will drops and the water flows freely – a mess if you’re not ready for it. …nothing wrong with the product as it means the float is actually working properly. Bottom line is yes install the included shut-off value near the coffee maker (see picture), and yes turn off the water before removing the lid or reservoir.
