   The coffee maker unit still makes a good cup of coffee and it’s easy cleanup. But the separate frother unit worked beautifully for about 2 months and then wouldn’t froth the milk any longer. It will heat the milk but it doesn’t froth. The whip attachment is in place but it is not moving fast enough or not spinning at all. I am using the same milk I used originally (2%) and it frothed like whipped cream! Yum! But now I even use whole milk as directed and it still won’t froth. And now it’s too late to return it! PS- I am not a daily coffee drinker, so the machine wasn’t over used or worn out before it’s time.

   It’s a great little machine. I don’t use pods and it makes a nice cup of coffee. If I had to complain, I’d say it’s not quite hot enough and when you take the strainer out, it’s a little difficult to clean out the stray grinds. Thing is, I don’t think it would be any different in another machine.

   I bought this because my expresso machine broke, and I have no complaints for the price. It can take both ground and K cup, pretty easy to use and good quality. The milk frother is also pretty good (much more simply than the expensive machines) just pour some milk in it and select whether you want it hot or cold. Overall I’m happy with this product so far ( had it for about a week now, will update if necessary)
