   Coffee lover here. Thought I found the best coffee machine for my lifestyle. Whole beans. Check Programmable. Check. Smart app. Check Useless warranty and lack company support to fix broken part. Check Was in deep emails with the company for weeks after buying this machine as a Xmas gift. Because the machine broke a month after Xmas (water wouldn’t filter from tank to heater) the company kept telling me to get help from coffeemakers.us.com. Which coffeemakers.us.com stated it was past 30 days for refund. Waste of 240 buck. Don’t buy. Save yourself trash to bring out.

   Outstanding product. Easy to setup. You can have the unit either grind the beans in the hopper or add your own ground coffee in the filter area. You can also control the fineness of the Grind. All of the controls available on the unit are accessible via their app. Loving it!!

   The grinding shield is a really bad design flaw. I bought it as a Christmas gift, in Oct. 2024 and the gift wasnt opened until Dec. 29th. I bought it for the app that you can start the coffee from your phone (in bed) for the weekends as different coffee times on the weekends. The black shield on the top where the whole beans go in, only allow a few beans into the grinder. I have to stand there and push the beans into the grinder. I have tried to resolve/return the I coffee to The company by email as there seems to be no other way to communicate. I feel like I have been deliberately delayed with useless recommendations to resolve the issue. Still waiting to hear back from them. I have emailed 6 times with no resolution. I am so bummed as this was a very cool idea that you can turn on the coffee machine from your phone.

   This is a very nice intuitive coffee maker with built in grinder. The app is a great feature and easy to use. It took some trial and error to get the grind/strength to our liking but in the end are very happy with the purchase. The color change panels are bonus as well.

   There are some improvement opportunities, the grinder sometimes does not extract the correct amount of beans and you need to push them manually, you will end up with a non well prepared coffee and need to start over if you don’t pay attention to the beans. The Alexa app recognizes the device as a switch only for on and off, so if you want to set up different commands (4 cups, 8 cups etc) will need to use IFTTT, same with Google. It’s a good gadget when you have a short time to prepare your breakfast but needs some improvement

   Works like a normal coffee pot. Smart home integration works, but operations and controls with a Google Home configuration is somewhat half baked. Machine always shows offline in Google Home app, but accepts voice commands to make a pot. Let’s talk about filling the tank. Why they didn’t put an oversized water tank seems like an oversight. If I’m already next to the machine, refilling the tank every time I brew a pot, why would I use any smart options when there’s buttons in the front of my face? If overfilling slightly, there’s a weep hole in the bank, making for an uber wet morning. Bottom line. This can do what a $35 pot can do. The smart app and voice control are nice but frivolous, as they’re better for showing off and not so much for practicality. If you were looking for a good smart coffee pot, wait until someone engineers one with a self emptying filter and an oversized water tank. Smart convenience is trumped by a poor design.

   This is the worst coffee maker ever, because of the awful app. The machine is subpar for quality. It’s nothing special. I bought it so I could use the Alexa skill which IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE and yet they still advertise it! On top of that, the absolutely horrendous app always disconnects, doesn’t remember the schedule I make. I’ve done three factory resets to try and get it to connect to the app and router again, and it just won’t work. It never goes back to set up mode. I’m frustrated beyond belief and spent good money on this machine. It’s getting returned tomorrow, I’m tired of messing with it. And SUPPORT SUCKS.
