We have been loose tea users for years. We have been brewing our tea in a Keurig V2 using the carafe, which meant for 96 oz of tea we had to run the process three times. We always ran this over the same grounds so the tea would be appropriate strength for iced tea. This tea maker has simplified our lives, allowing us to setup the carafe and brewer with the appropriate water, put the loose tea in the basket and then walk away. Brilliant!

I can adjust the strength of each kind. I like my herbal tea stronger than my black tea. It’s great to be able to adjust the strength. The glass pitcher seems a bit fragile but I try to be careful with it. I purchased the extended warranty which will cover the pitcher if it gets broken. I’m soda I bought this iced tea maker. I would definitely buy it again and recommend to others.
