   I purchased the first Tassimo about 2 years ago for my husband to use at work. He loves espresso. He also loves this little machine! Makes great espresso. A simple but totally functional machine, no gadgets just choose the size add a pod and press the button. I purchased another for him to use at home this year.

   We used to purchase the pods at Bed Bath & Beyond but they have become difficult to find and if you do find them they are expensive. Gevalia for Taasimo was the best now we will have to try another brand, hopefully it will be just as good.

   What I disliked was the size (really small) and the price (really high). I owned a Tassimo (T20) for many years before it died.
   It was much larger and was one third the price. I do not understand why buying a Tassimo in this country is so difficult. All I
   could find were refurbished models which I did not care to buy. So in desperation I settled on this model because it was NEW and I missed my Tassimo coffee. I bought another single serve coffee machine which is quite popular tight now.
   I returned it because the coffee was terrible full of foam and when you put milk in it the coffee was cold.
   Tassimo needs to come back to selling their products in thr U.S.A.

   I found this coffee maker to be well made and attractive, and would have taken up less space on my counter, if only the coffee tasted good. I tried about six different pods and could not imagine drinking that watery brew a second time. I keep trying to switch from my semi automatic Saeco Poema espresso maker to something simpler, but pods of any kind just are not an acceptable substitute for freshly ground coffee. And, pods are not recyclable or compostable. If I drink just 2 cups per day, I will have used 730 plastic pods! And so far the reusable pods seem to be ineffective. I have tried a kuerig and the reusable pod, but the machine did not recognize the pod. I also bought and returned a Nespresso maker. The coffee was not to my liking at all. So, it’s back to the messy semi-automatic espresso maker and the Aeropress, both of which I highly recommend.

   While I have liked Bosch Tassimo products in the past and there is nothing wrong with this coffee maker, I am concerned about the health of Tassimo in general. This coffee make came with a free offer in the box to receive 10 free sample T-Discs. I went to the web site to register the machine and qualify for the free samples. The web site would not accept signing up to register your new purchase. This was on a Sunday afternoon and the web site had a customer service telephone number with hours that included the weekend. Well that was inaccurate. I called on Monday stating that I could not register the machine and they said it was no longer necessary. I asked about the free disc’s and they said that offer was no longer valid however their website still promotes it. Very bad experience overall.

   We bought this as a personal coffee maker for our bedroom. Works great as promised. A bit slow and noisy compared to the larger (kitchen) version but flawless in function and easy to use. Compact and takes full sized cups. I highly recommend it for non heavy use.

   I’m not sure what people are complaining about, this is a great Tassimo it works just as well as the bigger one. It can easily fill up several espressos or a couple of coffees. You might have to change the water more often but that’s not so bad to have fresh water with every cup. We use our Spring Water. I like it because it’s small and even though I have a big kitchen I don’t like clutter on my counter space. All in all I’m still glad that I stuck with Tassimo and didn’t go elsewhere.

   This is a very frustrating coffee maker, it doesn’t work properly! When I make a cup, every second or third cup is full of grounds! I thought it was the disks but I tried all brands! I would return this coffee maker but I threw out the box it was packed in!

   It would only work on Cafe Americana and expresso, the new frothing milk discs latte or capuchino that are recently changed does not work on these older models. Mild disc get stuck or and or overspill everywhere. Called support whom they know there has been concern due to innumerable complaints but not able to fix it yet. Just gave me a case number and hung up. Not offer any solution . Too bad since the bigger milk discs were great. Why change a functional product to a nonfunctional option!?

   We are loving this little Tassimo machine! We got it to replace an older T45 that started leaking. We have filtered water nearby and don’t mind filling it with fresh water more often. The footprint on the counter is much smaller. Once we figured the nuances of the buttons, it has worked flawlessly. The picture only instructions are less than ideal. Words would be preferred. It makes a great cup of hot coffee, or whatever your beverage preference is! The Keurig has a much better market share of coffee brands, but there are plenty of Tassimo pods that we enjoy. We get them online at Gevalia or Bed Bath and Beyond and in store. We think it makes a better cup a joe!

    I’ve had several Tassimo’s over the years and like all the others, this one makes a great cup of coffee. It’s fast and fairly quiet and I like the smaller size as it doesn’t take up much room. Make sure you have it close to a water source though as the reservoir is small and only holds about 3-4 cups, but that’s easy to get used to.

    This one is a small coffee maker, very handy and I’m sure it fits in every kitchen. I’ve had it for 3 months now and I love it!! It makes coffee really quick and it automatically adjusts temperature and amount of water to make it, because of the bar code system -which is cool. I have tried different coffees and so far my favorite is Tassimo Gevalia Italian Roast Coffee, extra bold.

    Makes the same quality coffee as any other Tassimo machine without taking up as much space. Quieter than our older model and don’t mind adding fresh water more often. Wish you could select a cup size, but thats tassimos fault.

    Works well and doesn’t take up too much room on the counter. As others have said, it does not have a very large water tank but I find I can get two cups of tea before needing to fill up and that’s about all I need.

    Bought this to replace a Tassimo that was ruined by the descaling solution I used. Works just as well as the Tassimo 45 I had and the 20 that I have at another location. Take care in moving this unit because the water container can easily fall out. Although an insert indicates that you will receive 2 boxes of free discs if you register the unit, this is no longer true and apparently hasn’t been for some time.
