   perfect for slipping under a K-Cup machine. Just one little cup of real coffee at a time. Wash in the dishwasher. Put in a paper cone filter. Slip it over the cup in the machine. Because it’s silicone you can move it easily. Peek in and make sure that your paper filter is fully open. make coffee. First few cups were fine. Hope it keeps working. I’d prefer my regular ground coffee to the taste of the little cups. It needs #3 paper cones.

   Pros: Will take same size filter and work similar to Hario Drip Filter. You can throw against the wall and this will not break as is is made from food grade silicon, The silicon is thick enough to do a great job holding up a filter even when pouring the hot water in for coffee. Comes with a nice storage pouch. The silicon helps to keep the liquid pipping hot while brewing coffee out in the wilds.

   Cons: I worry a bit about the way the filter rolls down, but that is just me, I’m sure this filter will be around long after I’m gone.

   Yes I’d buy this again, I would even buy this again to replace my Hario Ceramic if I break that one as I’m on my second ceramic due to a kitchen accident. This is a great drip filter I would strongly recommend it.

   Got this as a gift and really enjoying it. Put this in my carry-on when I went abroad and works even better than the “regular” plastic one. Stays firmly on the cup and the hole at bottom allows for more effective pass-thru of the coffee. Comfortable to hold and fit a regular #2 filter perfectly well. Definitely recommend this one!

   I moved into a new home with well water. We didn’t realize how hard the water was until it messed up two different coffee machines. I tried my hardest to save my Keurig, but our water just wrecked it too much. I thought about buying a new machine and just using bottled water in it, but didn’t want to have the extra expense of constantly buying separate waters for my coffee. I looked into coffee machine alternatives and found this little beauty. This device has changed my life. My coffee actually tastes better using this product rather than running it on a coffee maker. I can brew my grounds just as fast with this product as I can with a regular drip pot. Plus, I don’t have to lose counter space for a big bulky machine anymore. I’ve been using it for months now and it has held up just fine to daily use. It rinses clean easily, but it does have a few stains on the inside starting to set in from the coffee. I love this product so much and I have recommended this product to multiple people. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to owning a coffee machine.

    I have both a Hario V60 and a Chemex knockoff that I use to brew my coffee at home. I am far from a coffee connoisseur…I use the pour over method because I prefer filtered coffee versus french press, and drink it just rarely enough that I can’t justify a machine taking up counter space. But neither of my two current devices travels all that well in my very tiny camper, let alone in a suitcase. Enter the JavaFlex. I wanted a more portable option that took the same filters as the other two, and this suits that purpose well. The silicone is fairly thick compared to many other silicone items I’ve owned, and stands up well to being filled with coffee grounds and hot water. Unlike many silicone products, there was no smell on arrival. Paired with the V60 filters, I had no issues producing a perfectly decent cup of coffee. And as pictured, when folded down it’s both narrower (no handle) and less than half as tall as the V60. It squishes nicely into any cabinet or suitcase. My only complaint is I’d like it to fold even flatter, but as I suspect that would affect the sturdiness of the cone, I’ll live with the two inch folded height. Because of its flexibility and smaller size, the JavaFlex is a terrific option for camping, vanlife, or anyone who just wants a good cup of coffee during hotel or AirBnB stays. This is an excellent travel coffee maker that I’m happy to have bought.

    Got this for the camper which has space considerations. I make two cups of coffee every am one with this and one with a competitor in flatter style in stainless steel. Both make great cups of coffee. This one I like and use for hubby who likes a mocha and gets chocolate mix in his cup. It is deeper and can hold more coffee. So I can leave the spoon in there sticking out of the big holes and that works perfectly. If something happens to this one I will immediately replace it with same. Would recommend and buy again.
