I bought it from a local store, prompted by the relatively low price and a rebate. I like the smaller, personal size. However, the heater platform was not keeping the coffee “super-hot”, which was annoying. It was okay, though, for the time-being. But now, less than 4 months into use, the heating element just stopped working, entirely! The red, indicator light was on, but the heating plate remained cold. This one goes into the trash. I was hoping Toastmaster would offer some relief from the large, well-known drip-coffee making companies, where quality has also decreased. But it’s the same type of junk; silly me!

At first it worked well. Now all of a sudden the coffee leaks out all over the counter. Thought I was putting to much water in it. Even after putting less water it still leaks. Always leaked the coffee as I poured a cup. Waste of money!
