People that gave this coffee maker a bad review is because they don’t know how to use it. I’ve owned a few of these and they work great .no problems no issues.

Works fabulously as a coffee maker, brews quick and all that. Only issue i have is it auto shuts off, and no, i’m not using the 1-4 function, just regular brew. There’s no way it’s 2 hours either, basically shuts the heater off after about 30 mins and you’re left with a full pot of cold coffee. Very annoying, would not buy again just because of this function.

Bought my first one in a big box store probably in early 2016. I liked it (size, ease of use, carafe didn’t drip, etc) so I bought a spare on 4/10/16 from coffeemakers.us.com. My first one broke sometime in 2016 but I had a spare! The spare broke early in 2017 so figuring I had a bad batch I bought two more. My third one just broke and the 4th is in service now. I had a Toastmaster coffee pot that lasted for 15 years which is why I gave this one so many opportunities but I have to say that I’m looking elsewhere now. Toastmaster has worn out my welcome. .

The clock gains about 7 minutes everyday, and if that isnt bad enough, it basically makes the auto function worthless… unless you want ro program the time everyday.
I dont see any instructions on correcting this

I just purchased this coffee maker. I was wondering if there is a filter to keep the hard water out. It needs a bigger one then the mr. Coffee has. My coffee pots do not last more than 3 weeks using hard water. Whenever I buy store-bought water it works great. But it gets kind of expensive.

The circuitry on this coffee maker is defective. Was not able to set the clock or program auto brew. If brew more than 4 cups the 2 hour heat feature did not work and so the coffee did not stay hot.

Makes good coffee, although after only having this maker 6 days. After brewing while warming plate gets hot the on off button randomly blinks on and off making a clicking noise that will drive you up a wall .It is if it can’t make up its mind if it wants to be on or off.
