Box was a bit squashed and had been re-taped. No damage other than dent in metal band around glass pot. Thinking glass pot may have been broken and replaced. Also, the automatic shut off is after 1 hour, not 2 as mentioned in the description. It means I have to warm up my second cup in the microwave. Everything else is as expected. Good coffee.

This coffee maker is cheap and poorly made. The carafe is thin and light so I’m not sure how long it will hold up before is cracks or breaks. It works ok but I would spend a few bucks more next time to get a more sturdy and reliable brand.
