I purchase Waring WCM50P Medium Volume Decanter Coffee Maker – Automatic, 3 9/10 gal/hr, 120v. There are only 4 volume adjustments behind the machine. Even after setting it to minimum setting, the coffee volume exceeds standard 64oz decanter and spills over. This machine is now waste for us. We are using this automatic machine as a pour over machine and for hot water only. Support number picked the phone and they don’t acknowledge coffeemakers.us.com order number at all. Support staff still believes coffee machines purchased should have order number starting with KT or something.
