   Update- We got a replacement unit from Waring in August that is now also giving us trouble with the water flow being too much causing overflow of water and coffee grounds. Big mess & lack of support.

   We purchased this for our business coffee bar for our customers. Worked as designed up until today, only 4 months into using it. We make about 5 pots of coffee per day…not a ton. Now we are experiencing a problem where the water will not shut off once brewing is complete causing the pot to overflow. Extra frustrating because we are just a month out of the “Support Window”

   Anyone else have this issue that can offer an idea?

   Worked the 1st two times we used it, then it started leaking water from the brew head. We had to keep a bucket underneath it all day and change the bucket out several times throughout the day because it was leaking so much water

   Leaked terribly after a few months. Factory does not honor their 2 year parts warranty. Built with cheap parts. The ‘brew valve’ that fails is not designed for this type of use. They come with an extra hole that the factory pumps full of silicone. Hopefully it doesn’t work its way into your coffee. The bad valve is $200 plus shipping. Skip this unit.

   The construction seems sturdy but the sharp edges are dangerous and shouldn’t be allowed to send out to customers. I can’t believe something made in US can be this sloppy in product finishing. It should be recalled for product safety concerns.

   Brewer makes a mess with freshly ground coffee… it overflows grinds into the head. Other brewers may pre-wet the beans before the final brew. Expensive mistake! Trying to figure out how to avoid this, possibly by spraying down the grinds.

   Brewer makes great coffee, but the mess with fresh ground makes it a high upkeep machine. Preground is better, but still makes a mess.

   Like other reviews, expensive mistake… makes a mess! Use pre-ground coffee and use a spray bottle with hot water to spray the grounds before you brew. Helps a bit.. this should be more clear in the info up front.
