   Made coffee in this for the first time while camping. Never used a french press previously.

   If I recall, the coffee was a little bit gritty, but this unit was able to brew an enjoyable cup using pre-ground coffee (I used Illy brand).

   It was a little difficult to clean out all the way, but I think it might disassemble more than what I did. The cover detaches from the press for easier control, but the red dot doesn’t feel like it screws on securely.

   The press feels a little bit fragile and flimsy, but the pot has a nice texture and quality feel. Strange smell on delivery went away after a wash.

   Overall, recommended for the price.

   This press is a great value and provides multiple uses. You can adjust the height of the press itself even to the point of being able to detach from the lid. If you’re the type of person who likes to “add” something to their coffee, this is a helpful feature and allows you to drink straight from the press.

   It is durable, well made and will not disappoint. I highly recommend this product!

   Produit de bonne facture au premier regard, je n’ai pas encore eu l’occasion de le tester, je ferai un update une fois testé.
   Néanmoins les attaches des poignées semblent un peu fragile au premier abord, mais c’est sûrement une question de pivot.

   I really like this product! I took a backpacking trip into YOHO national park in Canada with my dad and this was a life saver! Caffeine is a must for us and there’s nothing like a good cup of hot coffee on a cold trail. It was light and easy to break down ( so we stored our ground bag of coffee inside with the filter taken apart and placed in the bottom for extra space).

   It was mad convenient and has a good seal ( we drank straight from the spout) and didn’t have problems with spilling or grinds getting through.

   Haven’t gotten to go camping with it yet but it just looks solid and and not flimsy like some other camping equipment I’ve looked at. Watched a UTube video on how to use it and it looks easy. I especially like the rubber insulated handles. It’s light weight and comes in a really nice net nylon bag to keep it from getting scratched or dinged up in my pack. Guess I should get it in the backyard and give it try on my new little stove before I get out in the actual field with it.

    This thing looks great! Cant wait to try it out. Its very light and seems durable enough to include in my backpacking gear. I’m sure its one of those things that will make me wonder how I ever got along without it once I start using it. The lid holds on quite well lots of grip. I will update after first use.

    Wife loves the fact that she can make coffee on a boy scout trip. Lightweight, packs easy and makes enough for two large cups of coffee. Of course, I had to show her how to use it, grounds go into the boiling water dear, but after a nasty first batch, she conquered the rest. Works great with the little propane stove we also bought.
