   i had another brand chiller and because it was plastic it kept cracking. this chiller is awesome as it’s more sturdy, fits under my nespresso machine and fits exactly 1 cup of coffee from a pod. it’s not large but fits approx 8 oz which is fine as that’s the size of my pods. after about 5 mins of the hot coffee sitting in this chiller the coffee starts to become slush at the bottom. love that i don’t have to water down my coffee with ice cubes anymore. hoping it lasts a long time.

   Correspond à une tasse de café type “mug”. Personnellement j’y mets : Du thé, Iced Coffee fait avec une moitié de café de machine à espresso et une moitié de lait de noisette, ou si je suis très pressée une préparation de capuccino en poudre. Attention : Veillez à ce que la boisson soit bien chaude, si ça ne sort pas tout juste de la bouilloire, faire chauffer au micro onde. Après un mois d’utilisation j’en suis ravie, c’est l’idéal pour faire des économies et c’est génial quand on habite dans un pays chaud ! Pour le prix, ça peut paraître beaucoup, mais ce sera vite rentabilisé si ça vous évite de passer prendre votre café tous les matins dans un coffee shop !

   Non sono paziente ed amo il thè che d’estate mi piace bere freddo.
   La sera però mi dimentico di farlo e lasciarlo raffreddare, e la mattina ero costretta a berlo bollente o tiepido.

   In 5 minuti versato il thè dalla pentola si raffredda come se fosse stato in frigorifero ed io sono una donna sempre impaziente ma soddisfatta.

   This works well for me, I use it every day. Unfortunately with this much use the lid and straw gaskets are prone to collecting moisture and other germy stuff under them. I clean them regularly but now they’re discolored, stretched out and fraying. I’m not ready to ditch a perfectly working cup just to have new gaskets, so I’m living with the cruddy ones for now and will likely just ditch them at some point. Would be nice if Zoku offered a replacement gasket pack for these cups.

   I bought a teal one. It is so nice, my wife made me order the purple one. Yes, it does have a smaller capacity, but it is very effective. A larger capacity would mean a much bigger container. Think about any of those high end coolers (like a Yeti). They have very thick walls. Their capacity is much smaller than a cooler with the same sized outer dimensions.
   My work around is this: When you fill it, put it back into the freezer for about 5-10 minutes. That helps keep the frozen part colder while it cools the coffee. I happen to used refrigerated creamer so that helps too. I can get two full mugs and still cool the second one.

   This product definitely meets my expectations. It’s a great way to have nice cold coffee on the cheap. One must relax and enjoy it for what it is 🙂

   Cold coffee in minutes. I haven’t had any issues with drinks freezing as other reviews have mentioned.

   My only complaint is that the straw means I end up drinking quicker than normal but that’s not the fault of the design.

   Cools well, but not to the point of “icy cold”. It’s cool enough so that if you add ice after it doesnt melt fast. The straw feels easy to break though.

    This is an amazing product, I hate waiting for my coffee to cool down by sticking it in the fridge and waiting like 20 min.. nothing is better than an iced coffee the same time you get hit with the aroma of it being brewed! Now instant coffee isn’t just for the hot coffee latte lovers! I found this product 75% off at Barnes and nobles for $8 it’s definitely a worth the money! Makes coffee in minutes. I just brew two espresso shots and throw in some cream while I’m getting ready I’ll let it sit and stir everyone once in a while! It’s perfect! I love it so much !

    used to drink coffee couple times a week. but ive been having iced coffee once a day with this cup!

    I use a doce gusto coffee machine to make the coffee. 5 mins later it is ice cold!

    Instructions state that one freezes the insert for 8 hrs minimum. I tired and the coffee remained hot. I then tried 12 hours and 24 hours of freeze time. The hot coffee never chilled. All 3 times it was almost room temperature. For $30 I expected it to work. It is a metal insert with a plastic handling cup and cap and straw. You are better off sticking your hot coffee in the frig for several hours, then add ice.

    It’s a fine product. It does cool a hot beverage and keeps it cold for a couple hours. So it does what it says it does. On the flip side, it’s very heavy. If I drove to work this wouldn’t bother me so much. But if you take a bus/train it’s one more thing to tote that’s not only cumbersome, but heavy to carry in your bag. The other thing is once you brew a cup of coffee in it, there is barely any room for milk. One more thing to be aware of the colored sleeve, it a little on thin side, so it’s quite easy to crack it if you drop it and I do not believe they sell replacements.
