しばらく使ってみての辛口レビューです。
比較的浅煎りの豆で、常温水なら4分で色だけそれっぽい水出しになりますが、とにかく薄い。
深煎りかつ冷水の場合は4分では無理です。
幸い簡単な構造の機械なので、1回でダメなら2回、3回、、と繰り返しドリップすることはできます。
ただ、手動で真空抽出を複数回やっている様なものなので、手間が惜しい人は最初からそちらを購入したほうが良いかと。
ちなみに、真空状態を作って強制的にドリップさせているだけの機械なので、正直言いまして豆と水の条件が一緒なら浸漬式ドリッパーでも4分で似たようなものができます。
壊れたらもう一度買うか？と聞かれれば買いません。

I do not use if for hot drinks because if I have to heat water to use in it, I might as well brew a cup of coffee. I use it for cold brew. Its brews quickly and the coffee is good. I like having it for those days that I want an iced cold brew and forgot to make some the day before. It is also on the small side so it doesn’t take up the space a normal brewer takes.
