   Great if you like medium strength breakfast blends. Seems to need more coffee to make a strong cup and take longer to brew then other ones I have used. Does heat well and stay hot.

   I purchased this presto percolator mainly because I’m trying to stay clear of the plastic used in drip coffee makers so this fits the bill very well..However Holy Cow! Very expensive for this little 6 cup percolator.
   After using this percolator for awhile now I can’t seem to make a good tasting cup of coffee. if I was to buy again it would be a larger one, I’m not sure but I think the small size effects the results of the perk.

   It was great! My husband loved it. Then it broke…I ordered it August 3rd. It just broke today 12/13. It was great but a product that doesn’t even last 100 days, not even 100 uses, is crap.

   Arrived on time and well packaged. I like perc coffee and my long standing 4 cup perc finally gave up. This 6 cup size is good for a single person that just has 2 mugs of coffee usually. Still enough capacity to make coffee when a friend drops in. I wish I could have replaced my 30 yr old pot but I’ll get used to this one. Coffee is good but I’m not a fan of the wrap around filters. I’ll try them a bit more but would like to use the disc filters without too many grounds sneaking thru

   I read a lot of reviews on this product, especially the one star ones and even after that decided to purchase the coffee pot. Just mailed it back for a refund this morning. It made very, very weak coffee. The only plus was that the coffee is very hot. Dissapointment.

    I’m not sure why the reviews on weak coffee, it must be they didn’t use enough coffee vs water. The coffee the hottest I have ever had. The only thing I wish is that I had bought the 12 cup.

    I purchased a Presto 6 cup coffee maker. Received it today and, when setting it up, I measured the water using a pyrex pitcher with measures on the side. The pot is full when it reached 4 cups not 6. In this case I will make due with it but I’m annoyed that the unit is misrepresented in your listings. Does coffeemakers.us.com check the items they lis?
