I love this coffee maker. I had this one for a few years and my son accidentally shattered my carafe a couple of weeks ago. Since they don’t seem to make this maker anymore and you cannot find a replacement carafe I decided to purchase a different brand that is known for speed and was very expensive. I wasn’t satisfied. So I repurchased this and am so happy. I am able to choose the coffee strength, I can auto program it so I have fresh hot coffee ready when we get up in the morning. And to top it off it looks so great. I love it!

This is a gorgeous looking coffee maker. I looks great on your countertop. However if you look at it closely, you would notice the pieces don’t adjust correctly and some might even be loose. The machine stopped working on day 32 of our purchase. When I went back to my coffeemakers.us.com app to return it it said I was outside the window to initiate a return. Called coffeemakers.us.com, hey said I had to call the manufacturer. They also said they didn’t have the manufacturers number and would email me later. They did, still without a number, sent me an email. I tried that too, no response, no warranty from the manufacturer or coffeemakers.us.com. First time this has ever happened to me buying a product from coffeemakers.us.com that doesn’t have good manufacturwr’s back up. I am still trying to figure out what to do with this broken appliance. I wasn’t the cheapest one. Don’t buy it, not recommended.

Received on 02/10/18 and am very pleased with the performance of my Bella 12 cup coffee maker so far. Sent back two Braun coffee makers in less then 5 days because the clocks were defective. So I decided to go with the Bella line up instead ,glad I did . The clock actually works properly for all clock related functions including set up time for auto brewing, and it’s accurate.
Make’s really good coffee and is exceptionally hot. Took two different pots of coffee to hone the right flavor that I enjoy which is strong and did a very good job of it. I feel that this Bella 12 cup coffee maker is also a really nice looking machine and has all the features of higher end coffee makers for a very reasonable price. I chose the Red color and it is pretty sharp looking. No problem recommending to all who are looking for a new coffeemaker that will not break the bank so to speak and makes really good coffee. Also to note ,came with an easy to follow manual . coffeemakers.us.com aced this order from start to finish ,thank you to all involved with filling and delivering In a timely manner. will up date if any issues arise with the performance of this product.

This is a very pretty coffee maker. It made a great pot of coffee. But it was overly complicated to program, and it only lasted 2 years. It gave no real indication that it was dying. It looked like it was on Tuesday evening, but I didn’t think much of it, I might have bumped it when I put the groceries on the counter. Wednesday morning I went to make my morning pot, but nothing happened outside of the display lighting up. I unplugged it, hoping to reset it, but nope.

Works perfectly, gets the most out of rich, flavorful coffees. Very hot water brews fully. Excellent quality, looks good on the counter top, easy to program and use. Quality wire basket provided….in my opinion, no paper filters needed. Excellent price/great value. This is the pot for a coffee lover.

It makes coffee, nothing complicated. We liked the cool color way better than the typical black or chrome that is why we bought it. It has worked well for daily use since we received it, but obviously not built to last. I am on hold with Support from manufacturer for 10 minutes now. Hopefully the warranty is good. We’d continue using it but I don’t think I’d buy another. I’ll update this review if I get help from them to solve the problem.
We have another coffee maker old style percolator, electric. It has worked well for over 30 years so we know they can last a bit longer than this one.
