I have used this coffee maker in my home for nearly 10 years, and only know of it because the previous homeowners had installed it. It is the best system out there! Never having to fill the water vessel again is a game-changer. And the insulated carafe means you never have to drink burnt coffee. I have all the rest of the options (Keurig, Nespresso, Breville Barista) but this is the workhorse I use 99% of the time, even just for a single cup.

Great device but wish they would have left the manufacturing in China. I see no quality changes since moving it to the US but the price more than doubled :(.
Unfortunately, this is a niche market so I can buy from someone else who is cheaper with China manufacturing.
Ensure that your water is RO or heavily filtered otherwise, this will last less than 1 year because you don’t have a way to clean it with vinegar.

We have been using ours for 4 years. Really like it. Fresh water for each pot without early morning water filling. I just wish they made one with a built in coffee grinder also. Fresh ground beans and fresh water all at the push of a button.

Love the waterline connection, so you do not have to fill it. Also, it makes great coffee. But, the problem is it will scale up often, even with a home water softener, and the recommended filter, which requires a bunch of effort to clean it and get it going again
