   I spend so much money at coffee shops. I wanted to get something relatively cost effective that would satisfy the craving. Espresso machines can get really expensive so I found this to be a great alternative! The coffee pulls nicely and comes out so foamy. I opted for the option including the milk steamer and it froths the milk so well, and all I have to do is pour the milk in and push a button. Couldn’t be easier. I’m going to save so much money on coffee and lattes this year!

   If you’re considering buying this, definitely do it. Prior to purchasing this I used a Keurig, but I found myself in the Starbucks line more often than not. After hearing so many good things about the Nespresso machines, I decided to purchase this machine in a bundle with the aeroccino. I have made my coffee at home everyday since. I’d argue it’s better than Starbucks, plus you’re saving so much in the long run. I also loved that this comes with 12 different pods for you to try. Can’t recommend enough!

   Machine is super cool and easy to use. The coffee flavors we’ve tried so far are amazing and the froth the machine creates on top adds a touch that makes the coffee seem smoother. The Aeroccino milk frother is something I thought of as a gimmick at first adds the fancy cafe/coffee shop topping that I didn’t know I was missing. However, upon first use, which is a cleaning cycle of water only, a very large puddle under the machine appeared. When making coffee this becomes even more apparent due to the brown color. I’ve contacted Nespresso through their store here in the hope of a remedy (really want to have a non-leaking machine). Otherwise I’ll have to reach out to coffeemakers.us.com for a refund. I will update this review with information regarding Nespresso’s customer service and “fix” or coffeemakers.us.com’s response if I need a refund after all is said and done. ***UPDATE*** Contacted Nespresso by phone after no reply to email. Support person walked me through poking a paper clip in over flow hole and filler spout. Still leaked. They said since I had bought the machine through coffeemakers.us.com I must return through there. Easy enough through coffeemakers.us.com to send back. Ordered a Virtuo Next by Breville, not as cool of a machine but no leaks so far!

   I bought this as a Christmas present. The machine was only used starting in January and was broken by the first week of February. The machine is leaking a giant puddles of coffee. Tried troubleshooting it with Nespreso and nothing worked. Can’t return it through coffeemakers.us.com and Nespreso won’t exchange it either.

   Nespresso machine makes great coffee. Worked great for a couple of months and the day after I was able to return due to coffee leaking at back of unit when brewing coffee. coffeemakers.us.com amazing customer service accepted my request for a return. So impressed with coffeemakers.us.com. I do however really like the Nespresso VerteoPlus machine. I ordered another however I added the 4 year warranty. Hopefully I don’t have to use the warranty.

   UPDATE: After using the new VetroPlus for 10 months now… no issues at all.

   I first was introduced to this coffee maker in a hotel room and I just had to have one for my home. After reading some positive reviews I took a risk on the used – like new to save some money and get the frother as well. I couldn’t be happier with the machine I received. The box was a little damaged but overall it was just like new and in perfect condition. There were no signs of this machine being used at all. I’m glad I took the gamble on this because I got the frother and basically a new Nespresso machine for less than the cost of a new machine without the frother! There were no coffee pods included, but this is stated in the description, so I didn’t expect any.

    I’ll start by saying that I bought a used model, totaling expecting an item had been used. I saw the the condition described was “very good” and the box was damaged. I received the box and noticed that it appeared to have been previously opened and was taped shut. I open the box and noticed that the machine still had what appeared to be the factory wrap on it still. There were no cosmetic issues with it. I filled the reservoir with water and ran an initial startup cycle. I brewed one of the sample packs of double espresso, which tasted great and was plenty strong. I then unboxed the included milk frother and noticed it was missing the lid. I contacted coffeemakers.us.com and they provided assistance reaching out to Nespresso in order to get a replacement lid. I will find out soon how that works out. Overall, I am pleased with this purchase and am excited about brewing some coffee and espresso.

    Makes a great tasting latte! Better tasting and much more convenient than where I USED to go. And despite each pod costing a tad over $1, it is almost sad to say that that is 1/4 the price of going out to the coffee house. I use the frother whisk without the coiled wire attachment for the perfect amount of milk/froth. So far, zero issues with leaking or any mechanical problem. I am very satisfied with this purchase. If you sign up on the Nespresso website, where you can order future pods, you can get some “freebies” on your first three orders. After my first 75 cups made, it should pay for itself!

    I have only had this Nespresso machine for a few days and I already wish I had bought it first. Only time will tell if the IR sensor issue that happened with the Vertuo Next happens on this model (other customers who swapped out Vertuo Next for the Vertuo Plus Deluxe say they have not had the same issue) But IR issue aside, this machine is better for me for 2 big reasons: 1. It’s much quieter 2. You only need one pinky finger to open and close the top. This is great when you are busy and juggling a big travel mug that doesn’t quite fit under the spout. As a bonus, the water reservoir is bigger and mobile so you can fit the machine into different places. I’ll update the review if I have any issues (especially since I’m only days in).

    Keith coffee just wasn’t cutting it anymore for me. Every one I tried was just blah, watered down, weak taste. I got this Nespresso for Christmas and Oh My!! It was EXACTLY what I was looking for. The coffee pod are delicious and full bodied. The machine is so easy to use and self recognizes size of pod your using. My only grip is that there isn’t a pod size to fill a Yeti in the morning. The 7.7oz is good for a cup of coffee, but not if your used to have more volume. As far as coffee and taste though, the Nespresso is hands down far superior !!

    Do not purchase this item!! I have now had two machines break back to back. Fortunately, the second machine broke just outside of the one year warranty, and I was able to use my extended warranty to get a replacement machine. If you are within the one year warranty window they make you ship the machine to them and it could take multiple weeks to be repaired. As this is something that you most likely use on a daily basis, this is Extremely inconvenient. I used to brag about how awesome this machine was, but now I completely regret my purchase! I will absolutely be pursuing a different espresso product.

    Aiming for brevity: Our major grievance with our last Nespresso with a breville engine, which we ran into the ground with over-use, was that it was loud when brewing coffee. We didn’t want to wake up the house at 4-5am…. This model is absolutely and reasonably quiet when brewing. It has a deep water reserve for numerous cups of coffee. The Brew quality is as good as any other Nespresso machine we have had. It’s very easy to load and unload. We do not regret this purchase at all. We love coffee. It’s aesthetically nice, reasonably shaped for a small space,.and is worth the money. Hope this helps.

    I’ve been longing for this machine and finally got it. It’s pretty and easy to use. I recommend the “espresso” or “double espresso”, not the “coffee” though.     I love my Nespresso! I have had it less than a month and so far it’s working perfectly. It’s my favorite morning ritual. Only time will tell on the machine’s longevity. The ease of having an espresso at home is wonderful, especially sitting on my front porch on chilly mornings watching the blue jays and squirrels.
    The cappuccinos, double espressos, and lattes I make are tasty. The temperatures are consistently hot. What more can I ask for.

    So I accidentally ordered this twice. First one arrived and the box was pretty damaged but for the most part everything was fine(there was slight scuffing from the safety packaging) but it included the sample pods as well as the manual. For the second one, I wasn’t able to cancel it so I had to wait for it to arrive. This box was in rough condition as well.. after I inspected the inside to make sure everything was OK I noticed no manual or sample pods were inside, but the machine itself was fine. In order to return it UPS had me tape the ever loving heck out of the box to prevent damage. Now for the machine itself… OMG I LOVE IT! It’s so easy to use, the espresso is delicious and creamy. It makes my morning routine significantly easier and I love that I’m not spending $9 a day for my Starbucks drink lol I actually haven’t even gone since my Nespresso arrived.

    I’m SO glad I did not buy the Vertuo Pop!! The internals of this are metal, it’s whisper quiet and yes, you can adjust the volume of coffee from the capsules. It’s also an automatic open with just a touch, no strong arm needed. So elegant with a metal drip tray and large tank. I was not happy to see coffeemakers.us.com shipped it in retail packaging though. I wish they’d stop that.
