   Would have been 5 stars, but the sealed, brand new filter kit was missing the head unit to connect the filter to the rack. We called the company that manufactures the kit, and since they are in the next town over, they will be bringing it to us. They get a 5-star rating for their prompt customer service.
   Currently we are using the refillable resevoir until we get the part in. The brewer works like a Keurig. The touch screen has prompts for those not accustomed to a Keurig brewer, and some nice pictures as you wait for your cup to brew.

   Over all I like the machine and the idea that I don’t have to fill a reservoir with water every 2 days.. The direct plumbing is worth the cost/hassel to set up. Its very easy to use– What I don’t like is it takes several minutes to heat up before you can even put your pod in. You press a button … they wait for it to heat up..(seems like forever) and then you can put your pod in press the necessary buttons close the lid– After the 2 min or so wait it goes fast actually making the coffee– My last Keurig (non plumbed) took much less time to make a cup. Maybe I just dont know how to use it??

   After using our K2500 for about a month, we were shocked to find it leaking from the bottom in our new kitchen after coming back from a weekend away. Fortunately we found no water damage to the counter or floor. We dried it up and placed it in a pan. We then called Keurig Support August 31,2021. We were told someone would get back to us in two days. No call. We called back multiple times over the next month (9/21,9/24,9/30,10/1,10/5). We were told it would be given the highest priority multiple times. Still no call back. Both the K2500 and Keurig Customer “Care” are broken. Warranty support is non-existent so far. This level of support is unacceptable for any product but especially a pricey commercial product. We did have a problem with another consumer Keurig coffee maker maybe 8-10 years ago. We called, describe the problem and received an immediate replacement within a few days. Based on our experience, Keurig no longer is standing behind their products.

   Three months old. Worked great until last weekend stared leaking inside unit. Woke up to countertop and floor covered with water. Expected better quality. Would not recommend.

   Unfortunately this Keurig, which was not inexpensive as it has the water filter attached as we have it hooked up to a waterline so you never have to refill the water. It always has to heat up first for every single cup of coffee and takes entirely too long.

   This product was purchased new on April 30, 2021 and had been working flawlessly up until last week (August 30, 2022). So we had 1 year and 4 months of sheer bliss. Given how well the Keurig K2500 had performed, I titled my reveiw “Almost Paradise” since it started leaking water.

   In order to monitor operation, I removed both sides and even loosed the bottom panel (which can’t easily be completely removed). I’m not sure, but it could have been the the main water connection was merely loose. My wife had me plug everything back in this morning so she could get her morning cup of coffee and I’m keeping a sharp eye out for any water.

   As the unit filled today, i noticed that after the cup of coffee had been brewed, the unit automatically triggered new water to fill in the water reservouir. That operation did not cause any water to spill or leak. One thing to note however is that the input water line is rigth next to an “overflow” drain line which is designed to empty the water directly under the unit onto your countertop.

   This design could be flawed somewhat in that the water intake is slightly left of the overllow line. Based on the water pressure, the water splatters inside the reservoiur and could find it’s way into the overflow line. I’ll continue to monitor this and I really just hope that the main water line connection had become loosened over time (from vibration everytime it kicks on to input water).

   So it’s been almost paradise and i’ll update the review and like to get lucky here to avoid having to repair the unit.

    We choose this machine for the option to direct plumb the water supply. The price was a bit of a barrier but overall I am very pleased with the machine. Seems more sturdy/substantial than the standard home-use machine (was a model from Costco that we had 4-5 years). It was not difficult to retrofit the direct plumb kit, but customers should be aware that some assembly is required. The directions where clear and I only needed a screwdriver and some scissors to trim the line (assuming the plumbing in/on the wall is ready to go–same as would be for a fridge water line). We’ve had it for about 6 weeks and so far, so good! No leaks, no filling, no problems.

    With up to 40 potential users at one time, our facility needed to make a move to a water line-plumbed Keurig machine. I was apprehensive if this unit and the included plumb and filter kit would be turnkey or not. The unit (installed by a plumber) had all the necessary parts. The filter attaches to the back side of the Keurig and will be easy to replace the filter cartridge. The touchscreen adds a nice flair and functionality to the coffee-making experience.
