  • 110/120V 3-PIN US PLUG and ETL CERTIFICATE: This version of Arzum Okka Minio was developed for the US market and is fully compliant with the US requirements including 3-pin 110/120V US-plug and ETL certification.   • 1-4 cups capacity: With Arzum Okka Minio series Turkish coffee makers you can make up to 4 cups of Turkish coffee in one go.
  • Smart overflow prevention system shuts off the machine when it reaches the ideal temperature for your Turkish coffee. Thanks to this feature, you don’t have to stand by the machine whilst it cooks your Turkish coffee. All you need to do is to add finely-ground Turkish coffee and water to the cooking pot and then press the cooking button. Your coffee will be cooked automatically, and the machine will sound an alarm when your coffee is ready.
  • Washable pot: please make sure that the connector part which is underneath the pot is not exposed to water. Please do NOT wash the pot in the dishwasher. You can, however, wash it by hand under running water.

    I mean, really? Did you just bring the product from Turkey and add converter? It is for 220-240V (which is suitable for Turkey) not for US (110-120V) Therefore the machine is not warming!!     I liked how cute Okka looks in red variety. Our first couple coffee cups were really great. This type of Turkish coffee machine is a great idea…. but it stop working properly ( shut down early, before water gets boiling temperature) and drinking raw coffee is not fun at all. Had to return it to avoid headache in the future. I ordered another Okka, assuming the 1st one was damaged. The same story happened on the literary 3rd cup again. I tried contact producer to get help how to fix this problem. By now they keep silence regarding the problem, but use my info to sent me their advertisement.. I had to return the 2nd one as well and may be would give a chance to some other brand I didn’t mentioned in what condition the coffee machine arrived. Now coffeemakers.us.com sent me letter informing that I returned items in not accurate condition. You can see in pictures that box and enclosures where in “original” condition. How can I return any item in unused condition, if it was received in ‘not like new condition”???

    I was so excited to receive this coffee machine but after use it several times I found so difficult to clean it, due to the electrical part built under the cooking cup. The “on” button is not sensitive enough, you kind of have to push it hard. The “Max” filling mark is so hard to see and if you filled it up even a tiny bit more, it will boil over. I used Beko several years., which it has several flaws as well. I found this design more compact and appealing but unfortunately didn’t work for me. The coffee tasted and created foam nicely though…

    DO NOT BUY!! The product is advertised to be US compatible, however it is not. Both the box and the product itself clearly says that the product only works on 220-240V, which is a European standard. What is funny is that they thought they could make it work by including a tiny US adaptor in the box. The original device comes with a European plug and they included a US plug adaptor. Don’t waste your money and time. My Christmas gift is ruined thanks to these guys.

    It says 120V but it is not ! They put an “adaptor” just to convert the plug … Device is 220v and it won’t work properly with 120v. It is that simple. Box was open and device seems to be used one.

    Having said that,I used this device before with 220v and it is a very good Turkish coffee machine.

    I used one during 1 year, than bought the second for my parents. Like so much. Very easy and quick. Put to machine pan coffee, sugar, water and place it into machine. In 1 min it’s done! Put ready coffee to your cup, clean with water plastic pan- and it’s it.

    Bought 08/28/2023 in the United States. The product was advertised as being compatible with US voltage, but it is not. The pot is made of plastic – advertised stainless steel. Both the product and its packaging clearly state that it only works with 220-240V, which is the voltage used in Europe. The company even included a small US adapter in the box, as if that would make it work with US voltage. The original device comes with a European plug, and the included US adapter is ineffective. Looks used and the original box is kind of damaged. We recommend avoiding this product and saving your money.

    This is for a purchase made in May 2022. I had tried this machine in Turkey, and I know it works great. The product description states that it is designed for 110V and there is no mention of the travel adapter in the box. The machine I received was clearly designed for 220-240V, and send with a plug adapter only (not voltage converter), so I’m returning it. I’m happy to buy if I find the genuine 110V version.
