I purchased 2 of these coffeemakers for our Office kitchen to replace older rentals. Saved us a lot of money ending our contract with the coffee service now that we own the coffeemakers. One of them seems to not work all of the time and had to unplug to reset but overall for the amount of usage they both receive, they are working great.
Would recommend them if you need one or two for a large office.
