   I got this for my wife for a reasonable price. She loves it and I love that it has held up very well for about a year. Our neighbor loved the coffee so much, she just got one. The only issue I have is that I can’t find any pods for hot chocolate for me :(. That is the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars.

   I was a bit hesitant because of some of the negative reviews but I’m so so happy with this machine. We replaced a Keurig with this and you can’t even compare the two when it comes to coffee quality. Delicious, cafe quality coffee! It’s very quick and I guess a bit loud but so is a Keurig and I really don’t mind an appliance humming for the minute or less it takes to make the coffee. I would recommend it to anyone. Our mornings are much happier!

   My husband bought me this for my birthday a few years ago. It has held up well and I still love it. We don’t use it every day, but have never had any issues with it. I also really like the frother that came with it. My only complaint is that my creamer or milk tends to spill out of the frother if I fill it to the “max” line. So I either have to cut the frothing a little short or not fill it up as much.

   Love this machine. What a treat to have your own GREAT espresso, latte, Cappuccino, etc. right in your own home. Yes the capsules can be a little pricey, but have you been to a coffee shop lately – OMG they are expensive, not including the gas to drive there or the waiting. And so many varieties to choose from. After experimenting (and everyone should) we settled on about 3-4 different size capsules and types.
   The machine performs flawlessly and the coffee or espresso is hot, not luke warm like some coffee shops. Just drop in the capsule, wait for the light to stop blinking, press the button, and within less than 30 seconds you have a crema on top of your coffee drink that surpasses most coffee shops. Plus you also have the frother – so easy to froth milk like a professional (but get 8+ grams of protein in your milk or it will not foam/froth properly). We have had this for 6 months now and it works like the first day I plugged it in. My wife and I both use – she has her favorite and I have mine. I don’t think we’ve been to a coffee shop in 4-5 months. You won’t be disappointed.

    I bought this as a gift for my husband. He is obsessed with coffee and often struggles to find the time to prepare his coffee before heading to work. I thought this would be a nice option for him during those busy, hectic mornings.

    The quality of the coffee is fantastic! While I’m sure that other products and perhaps a professional barista could do a better job, I’m genuinely impressed with the quality of these pods. From the espresso pods to the 12 oz pods, they are all excellent! The machine is easy to use, and it quickly makes a great cup of coffee with minimal effort.
