   It’s the perfect size, makes delicious coffee and I love the design. I especially like the way the filter swings out and I can pick the whole thing out and compost the filter. I hate reaching in and getting coffee grounds everywhere. Love the easy switch in the front and also the way you add water to the front. So much easier than a back fill. Just love it and thrilled I purchased it.

   I bought this for our vacation cabin. 4 Tbls of good ground coffee makes you a rich full pot. A full 5 cup pot pours 2 nice larger coffee mugs full of great coffee. I really like that the water tank fill door is on the front, makes pouring the water in very easy and mess free.

   read a lot about about how kcups, keurigs etc we’re causing illness. went back to old fashioned coffeemaker. i’m the only one that drinks coffee in the house so i bought this little guy to try it. bought beans, ground fresh and make this little pot for myself everyday. works well. simple.

   This is a nice small machine for a good price. Makes a hot cup of coffee in about five minutes. Pot pours evenly with no drips. Easy to clean.
   Only one small issue and it is mentioned in the directions. The paper filter rim needs to be folded over a bit, notable by the short side of the filter basket, or it will have a tendency to collapse while brewing. Still worth five stars.

   I can’t go a day now without using it and making myself a coffee. It is very easy to store and move around the kitchen. It came very well packed and ready to use. It’s only me so I have not filled it up all yet. Not a keurig but I feel I can really taste more of the coffee beans with it

   I picked this up when my old unit failed, liked the look and thought the swing out door was neat.

   After a few months of use I’ve found the swing out design limits where I can place the unit on my counter: because I need space to swing the door open I cannot have it tucked into a corner like my old maker, or placed next to the toaster, or the bread box, etc. And because you still put water into it from the top you don’t really gain anything from having the swing out door – you cannot tuck it under a low cupboard for example, unless you want to pull it out to pour water into it every time. The swing out design also makes the unit more sensitive about the filters you use in it – if they are too tall even by a tiny bit, closing the door will fold the edge over and spoil your morning.

   All this said, the unit functions perfectly when used correctly and looks nice sitting on the counter. I think next time I will get a regular one however, where the water and coffee goes in from the top as there doesn’t seem to be any real advantaged to this other than looking neat.

    This one is a basic coffee pot that brews a good cup of coffee folks. I like it has a auto pause so I can grab that first cup before its done brewing and I don’t have to wait. I found the size good for what I want. It was easy to set up and use. I like the front fill basket. I also like that it can be removed and go in the dish washer for cleaning. It is also easy for me to fill with water at the top front and not the back. The glass cafe fits well in the machine. The machine does not go off automatically you have to turn it off manually after brewing. No auto off, something to think about for rushed people. It has a basic on and off switch in the front. The color blends well with any decor in black and a touch of silver color. It does not have a permanent filter with it. I have to buy filters or look for a permanent filter for it. The other coffee pots that I have purchased before came with a permanent filter or a few paper ones to start you out. They did not provide either. It also makes a nice travel coffee pot for a hotel or motel since the size is not to big. Also a dorm room for college students. I have enclosed pictures so you can make an informed decision based on your own personal needs. Yes, I would recommend this product.

    A great little coffee pot for 1-2 cups of coffee. I’m the only coffee drinker in my household so I usually just use a single serve pod coffee maker, but sometimes I just want drip coffee or not have to wait to brew a second cup. This 5 cup brewer doesn’t take up much space. The basket comes off for easy cleaning. The operation is just one switch for on and off. It is equal in convenience and brew taste to my pod coffee maker, just an another option. It makes a good gift for a college student going away. You can hear it working but it’s not too loud. I purchased some paper filters for a few bucks. In terms of total value it is cheaper to make coffee this way versus pods but that is not my reason for wanting this. The capacity is 5 cups although that brings it to the rim so 4 is a good amount. This little machine brews an excellent cup of coffee and I would definitely recommend if it fits your needs.

    This is a compact coffee machine. When I want to drink coffee alone, I don’t fill a large coffee carafe anyway. I usually make enough coffee to fill two large cups. In this regard, the capacity of this coffee maker is ideal for me. The material is sturdy and high quality. You do need to buy an additional filter to use it, but that should not a problem. The taste of the coffee I made was excellent. It takes up minimal space on my kitchen counter, which is great for me.

    Really like the temperature of the brewed coffee as it is at my preference 180+(f).
    Doesn’t take very long to brew and the water intake on the top is genius. The filter basket is very easy to remove making used grounds removal convenient. Ours was oredered without a timer because we don’t keep our counter appliances plugged in. Pricing was very reasonable and we would recommend this coffee maker.

    I chose this little coffee pot as it was similar to my old one. After several attempts and making sure to carefully fold the edge of the coffee filter (as the tiny printed directions suggested) I was still getting poor filtering and coffee grounds in my coffee. For me this drip offee maker was a design fail, so I returned it.

    So, the coffee quality is great when the filter doesn’t fold down on itself. So make sure you have the right size. And it gives hot coffee. So be careful. The size and design of the coffee pot is perfect for smaller kitchens, campers, low cabinets, etc. and it’s very easy to use. So, 2 critical flaws that caused it to lose stars. First, there’s no shut off or no way to tell when it’s finished brewing. Second and most critical. No automatic shut off, which should be standard in any electrical appliance.
