I ordered my Keurig from coffeemakers.us.com. Unpacked it. It didn’t work. I plugged it in and it would not turn on. Tried to repack it to return to coffeemakers.us.com but it was too big and bulky. Called Keurig and they said don’t bother, just throw it away. We’ll send you a new one. They did, but not the same model. A cheaper one. And this one didn’t work either.But I had to repack it and send it back. I asked them to send the model I paid for but they said they were out of stock. What? Manufacturer is out of stock. They sent another cheap model and at least it works. I will never buy another Keurig product again!
