We have been faithful Bunn users for many years. When our last Bunn coffee maker stopped working we were definitely going to replace it with another Bunn. We are very pleased with the looks and function of our new coffee maker. The chrome look accents catch your eye and the Bunn quality shines through. Even when not used for a week the water retention level does not change. The coffee is always hot when brewed and the unit is easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Due to no power or water after a tornado went through the area right after I had it ready for the next morning brew is the reason it has not been used yet.
