I was using an old Keurig and wanted to update my coffee maker, I used Keurig brand for many years, but when I saw this one in the video I knew I had to try it. I really love this coffee maker so easy to use and switch between ice coffee and hot coffee, plus you can use pods or grounds, which I absolutely love! Everything is stored right in the machine, plus it is a slim design, so easy to use and it makes great coffee either way you set your strength to your desired cup. It is easy to clean and looks great too. it has auto shut off and just an all around great coffee maker.

I’m so glad I took the chance on this coffee maker! What you should know:
1. The cup holder is adjustable, and easily moved for bigger or smaller cups, including travel cups.
2. The reservoir removes for easy filling. Love this!
3. It takes k cup pods, OR ground coffee and its super easy to change between. The whole mechanism for both is stored in the machine. They only fit in one way, and its really easy to switch them out. Comes with a permanent filter for ground coffee.
4. You can choose from 6 oz to 24 oz size.
5. Comes with its own measuring spoon attached to the side of the machine.
6. Takes a minute to brew, but its worth the wait.

I like the versatility of this coffee maker. It makes a standard cup or a rich cup. It even makes iced coffee! It has a useful adapter for K-pods and an adapter for a whole pot or single serving of your favorite from the bag. The cup holder is adjustable and easy to change and clean. Whichever adapter you aren’t using fits securely in a space on the side, under a nice measuring spoon that comes with the maker.
My only slight disappointment is that it takes a bit longer to heat up than my last unit.

What an utterly disappointing experience. It is beyond me as to why Ninja would sell ANY of their coffee makers on the coffeemakers.us.com UK site when they come with AMERICAN PLUGS! There is no mention of this in the listing anywhere. Selling a product no one can use….what is even the point. Don’t let the reviews fool you, they are all from the coffeemakers.us.com US site just plastered on this UK posting to make it look good. Ninja makes great machines but not for users in the UK. Also, coffeemakers.us.com Customer Service is absolutely worthless. They said this machine could be used with a power adapter. It CANNOT. If you live in the UK and you need a very large paper weight, this is the right product for you.

The original unit had a slow leak in the water connection. Contacted customer service and unit was replaced and the replacement works fine. No leaks or drips. I like the large water tank and the large basket so that you can brew coffee for big containers. I like the layout of the control panel. It brews differently than previous units I have owned. It holds the water in the brewing basket to give the coffee time to brew rather than just push it through the system quickly. It has a indicator light to tell you when it’s time to descale the unit, rather than find out only when it quits working. Only had the unit for a month or so. Here’s hoping it will stand the test of time

ACTUALIZACIÓN después de 9 meses: La cafetera dejó de detectar la funcion de cápsulas. (Se le cayó un imán al adaptador de pods)
SOLUCION: el adaptador para cápsulas de la cafetera tienen un pequeño imán que se le cayó sin darnos cuenta por suerte lo encontré y lo volví a poner donde va y volvió a detectar las cápsulas sin problema.
yo compre la version color beich pensando que la unica diferencia entre la beich y la de color negro era la maquina para hacer espuma, pero resulto que la de color beich no trae una funcion llamada ¨SPECIALTY 4 oz¨, que es la que te permite hacer los shots para los lattes y capuchinos.
Asi que si piensas comprar una de estas dos versiones recomiendo la que tiene la maquina para hacer espuma por su funcion extra y la diferencia en precios es minima. para que puedan sacarle mayor provecho a la cafetera.
En conclusion
La de color beich funciona excelente y la recomiendo bastante, pero si pudiera comprarla otra vez compraria la de color negro con la funcion especial para capuchinos y lattes.

The best coffee maker I’ve owned! Rich, strong coffee like a coffee shop. It takes its time and shows the progress of the brew being made. It’s a quality cup of coffee. Hot and amazing! Rich, bold flavor. Wow! I love the ice coffee too! It makes any size and is better than anything I can get in a store.
The water tank in back gives this machine a slim profile. Love all the setting choices and sizes. Love the frother and the storage drawer for the pod holder or grounds basket. So intelligently designed.

I love my new coffee maker! I was a reluctant convert to single-cup coffee makers when my kids got me one for Christmas about 8 years ago. It was convenient, though, and once I found the gadgets you could use with real coffee I got used to it and even replaced it several times when they leaked and simply quit. However, when the last one died I was fed up and went looking for something different. The Ninja is great, smaller, brighter looking, bigger water reservoir, more versatile AND it makes great coffee! It takes both pods or ground coffee and supports a wide variety of cup sizes with a handy cup platform that moves up to keep the cup close to the nozzle and reduce splashing. I even like the little storage thingy in the base to keep the carrier and nozzle cleaner neatly stored. I’ve tried all the features and different coffee drinks (including an espresso-style one) now and love it! Very good price, too. I highly recommend it. One other thing, I recently got some small filters that fit the ground coffee permanent filter and they work beautifully. Best coffee I’ve made at home in years. Worth getting!
