   I’ve bought them all, this is the Superior Turkish Coffee Maker. All the other machines can overflow, but this unit never will. I thought it was using a different material on the inner pot, but the steel is wrapped. It’s also the only unit I found that has a spinner inside the pot. Just the weight of the pot let’s you know it’s got so much more going on then all the other machines. I use to own the big expensive Okka as well, but this is even better than that model. I can repeat cooking the same pot of Turkish Coffee to my hearts content. I can determine water level. I can put in Hot Water from my Bottled Water Cooler and it never boils over, something all the other Turkish Coffee machines did. This Model is smart enough to know the temperature of what’s in the pot and adjust accordingly. Worry Free, Customizable Easy to Clean 🧽 I pour it over frothed milk and make a Turkish Latte Every Morning.

   First of all, product arrived with a few scratches here and there and a small dent. It is very hard to pour coffee from this and ends up all over the place (may be due to dent!) there’s little to no foam even when you use slow brew option and what’s a Turkish coffee without the foam ? It is supposed to keep the coffee warm for 35 mins. You are lucky if you get 5 mins! Not worth the money at all. It just gives you a boiling water taste and you cannot even taste the coffee! I was very hopeful about this product since I cannot start my mornings without Turkish coffee and drink at least 6-7 cups a day but unfortunately I’ll be returning it. Dreams shattered.

   I love the machine it’s very practical but if you want to put milk in it on the “sütlü” setting . The milk always burns on the bottom and gets stuck even after soaking with water it’s very difficult to clean!

   I stopped drinking coffee 5 years ago. Then my Egyptian neighbor had me try some Turkish coffee. I loved it and immediately started thinking about ordering a coffee machine. My neighbor loaned me a different machine until I decided. I ordered the Okka machine – the same one they had. And I am so happy I did. Its an all-in-one machine. It has different settings and a wire spinner inside which blends and foams the coffee up automatically. I have not tried foaming any milk only because I prefer to add a little cold milk in my coffee. The machine is quality and extremely well made. The interior of the carafe has a non-stick coating so it’s easy to clean. I rinse with warm water and a very soft brush then air dry. It’s compact size and lovely appearance is easy to place anywhere on my counter. Makes great tasting gourmet coffee fast and is a great value. Don’t buy any other machine. Just start off right with the Artisan Okka.

   I don’t know what people who gave bad reviews expecting from Turkish coffee machine , but this is everything I expected, it does perfectly. You have different brewing options which most of Turkish coffee machine doesn’t have .( I can’t say difference between but still there ) you can make Turkish coffee with milk which again other Turkish coffee machine doesn’t support. Only thing that I don’t like you have to be careful to wash the pot , it is not dishwasher safe cuz there electric mechanisms underneath the pot . Beside that looks nice , so it’s job perfectly and easy to use

   The reason I bought this machine was I could make coffee with milk but after I used it a few months the bottom of the machine got really bad. It is so hard to clean it once you make coffee with milk. I wish I have never bought it. I don’t recommend.

    This turkish coffee maker is amazing, gets the job done right without having to keep an eye on it. My only complaint is that after a few months the button for the setting I like to use (classic) has become very hard to press. I reached out to support and they replaced it for me, so customer service is excellent, but I hope they will be upgrading the build quality on buttons in the future. Would definitely buy a new model that fixes this issue.

    Almost 2 years later (23 months), of two, sometimes three, daily uses. That’s an average of ~1400 batches.

    Also have a “pro” version of this (the one with the knob on top instead of buttons), and it’s absolutely horrible. The spinner wheel doesn’t spin ha;f the time. Maybe its just a bad one, but for the price, the lower “M” series like this one seems to work better.

    I have purchased this wonderful coffee machine after having issues with my Turkish one which had 240V converter and the built in mixer is thr best thing which allows you to pour water + coffee without mixing with a spoon. It does really nice coffee and the layer of cream just right. Because I liked it so much, I bought the same one in Türkiye for my mom. Highly recommended!

    The machine does exactly what it advertises, makes Turkish coffee unattended. My wife always made hers in a cezve but she disliked how she had to stand over the stove to wait until it boils. This way she only puts coffee, press a button and leave it alone. We purchased the cheaper model at first that only had one button, but the unit came broken – the electric receptacle at the bottom of the cup was broken and I realized it was only held by tiny plastic retainers, very poor quality in my opinion. Since this was the only reputable brand of Turkish coffee makers that was selling in Canada, we didn’t have much choice. We went with the stainless steel cup version hoping it would be better quality despite the much higher price tag. At $200 I consider this a significant investment for a machine that does something relatively simple, but it made my wife happy. 🙂

    You can make 4 different type of Turkish coffee as it show on the picture you can make classic, strong, kozde- slow brew and milky. My favorites slow brew and milky! I love it! Easiest way of making Turkish coffee with rich flavor, thick and foamy! There is no more boiling over, cleaning cookstove and not waiting!! It is ready with one button after adding your desired water and coffee! The most important part is that milk never stick to the coffee pot and burn! Very easy cleanup with just water!

    I reached out to the manufacturer and they replaced the machine with a brand new one. Great customer service, looking forward to using and enjoying the new machine as much as I did with the first one before it stopped working
