This is a great way to make cold brew! The only complaint I have is that I wish the thermos was bigger, I have to make a batch every couple of days. I had previously been using a larger caraffe for brewing with the coffee grinds wrapped in a small thin linen fabric, but I love this style. It has leaked a few drops through the ball drain thingy a few times, so I just put a small plate under it just in case now. (I start a batch the night before I will run out, I leave it on the stove overnight, but the thermos is still in the fridge) Overall, it’s simple to use, not too difficult to clean and a worthwhile purchase!
