   I was really excited to use this product, however, after only 3 uses the handle snapped off and broke, dropping the entire container on the floor and shattering. Perhaps it’s just a rarity for this to happen but I had to share our experience. I think we will try a different cold brew system.

   The first cold brew coffee maker I received was broken (there was a crack where the handle attached to the pitcher), but the seller quickly sent out another and I had it within 3 days! I’ve made two batches of cold brew coffee so far (I do have to filter the coffee a second time, but the coffee is amazing). I love the design and look, but I do wish the filter was more sturdy. You have to be very careful when removing the lid from the filter (it bends very easily and I can see the filter becoming damaged if not handled carefully). So much better than going to a coffee shop and spending $5+ per coffee! I would have liked to have had the coffee maker longer than a week before writing a review. So far I love the product. The only downside to this product is that I wish it was more sturdy. It seems very delicate.

   Does a good job, It is easy to use and a nice mesh for filter and cleanup. I only use for cold press. I have twelve years experience in professional coffee production (small and big scale). It is also very nice for serving. Appearance even looks good next to my crystal. Thank you!

   I had an issue with my package and the customer service at Home Story was amazing. They had quick response and truly empathized with me.

   When I received the new cold brew maker, it was just as expected. Glass is extremely durable and sleek. Super easy to use and clean, and fits nicely into my fridge.

   What was also great to find out is that it can also be used on the stove if you want to make tea or reheat tea/coffee. This makes it more versatile than the other cold brew makers—and better than my last one.

   Last to note, they use silicon instead of plastic. No need to worry about BPA or any plastic.

   I love the taste of cold brew coffee from a glass carafe. I love it, but wish the carafe neck was wider to get one hand in to clean. Also, I don’t like having to change the rubber gasket after brewing….making one to fit during and after brewing would be ideal.

   The directions recommend 48 oz of water but no idea how that can be possible. The pitcher overflows when adding that much and recommended coffee.

   Also coffee concentrate is weak tasting.
